Dr Banerjea is excellent, he’s been our family doctor for years. He’s very thorough, takes his time, has a lovely manner and picked up a symptom a specialist missed which contributed to saving our sons life.
The admin staff are also excellent, so prompt, send referrals straight away and are always friendly. They’ve been giving us a heads up when the doctor is running late which is handy too. Couldn’t recommend this practice more highly 😊

I have been a patient of Gungahlin Family Healthcare for the last 7 years and have found the team of mixed billing GPs to be very helpful and respectful. In particular, I see Dr Banerjea who listens to your concerns carefully, has a lovely bedside manner and does a great job at coordinating my care. In addition, I see Dr Hafeez for skin checks and surgical procedures.

The nurses and reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Online bookings are convenient and there is plenty of parking outside the door. Dr Zebunnissa Khan of Lifestyle Psychology is great to work with too.

I went to this clinic for the few years I was living in Canberra. Their overall service is excellent. Their nurses & staff are wonderful. It is where I received all of my flu & covid vaccines as well as routine health checks. Arranging appointments was simple and timely. The facility is clean, spacious and modern. I particularly want to praise my doctor - Dr. Jane Laloma. During the pandemic/lockdown years my fitness had deteriorated. I put on several kilos & had become increasingly sedentary. Dr Jane and I discussed the changes I needed to make & she advised me of practical ways to acheive overall better health. Of course, I knew already what I needed to do but with her knowledge & her easy and understanding manner she motivated me to make simple changes in my diet & to get moving again. I am now more active, I've lost several kilos and my blood results are good. Jane is an asset to Gungahlin Family Healthcare.

Dr Ramchander is amazing and actually listens and cares about what your issue is. Reception team are very friendly and welcoming when you check in and check out. Highly recommend this Practice

Amazing service at gungahlin family healthcare they really care for you. They go above and beyond when you’re in seeing a doctor and cannot recommend them enough for how well they look after you. They actually built a relationship and care which is hard to find these days in a doctor.

I have been coming to this practice for 7 years. I never have an issue with getting a prompt appointment (usually within a day for my regular GPs, Dr Ramchander or Dr Laloma), nor waiting time at the practice.

The service received from reception, nursing staff and doctors is respectful, caring and professional. I feel I am a partner in my health care, and trust the staff here implicitly.

I had an appointment with Dr Jane Laloma today and she is absolutely the best! Not only did she provide me with full transparency on my injury, but she also followed up with making me a specialist appointment on the spot.
I am extremely grateful to have been seen by her. Such a lovely experience.

I have been going here for over two years and they are like a family. All staff have that lovely smile of welcome. Sometimes I mess up with my appointments and all it takes is a call to them , not that hard ,they are there to help. It is so nice to walk it and be greeted by my first name. Even when they have new staff you can joke with them as they have a L for learner so I say when do you get your Ps , so friendly and I have had no problems with any of the GPs so a huge thumbs 👍 up to all who work at the medical centre. Remember communication ( have a issue call or just go in and have a chat they don't bite. All smiles this end

I have been patient for many years at this health service. I have found them to be receptive to my specific health care needs. Staff always welcoming and polite. This Medical Centre is very responsive & sensitive to the cultural needs of patients. Management, Support Staff & Doctors, Nurses are from variety of culturally diverse backgrounds so are better able to service their patients. There is in my experience an attention to individual Care Plans for those who have Chronic Illnesses. I have benefited from these care plans and my physical & mental health enhanced over the years. I would recommend this Medical Centre to anyone in need of good health care.

The reception staff are lovely, friendly and efficient. I have seen several of the GPs in the clinic and have been happy with each of them.

Very good service.very professional they pretty much saved my life by finding A massive blood clot in my lungs through sending me for the appropriate scans in a very timely manor.

I’ve been coming to the practice for years. The reception and management staff are always warm and welcoming. Doctors never make you feel rushed, I recommend Gungahlin Family Healthcare to all my friends and family.

My kids love Dr Kuan! He is very thorough. He has appointments available on the day. Always on time, yet you’ll never feel he’s rushing you. Very professional! 👍👍👍

Went to see Dr Ramchander, him and the team were very friendly and efficient. Can be hard to find a reliable GP in Canberra but the team here are great!

I don't give reviews. But Dr Randhir is very professional, polite and paying attention to all your concerns. I took my mum but haven't seen someone like him who takes his time. Highly recommend Dr Rhandhir will definitely come and see him again. Thank you!

Dr Jane is so professional and so caring about patient's health and always provides best of health care services to us. Really appreciate her dedication in looking after our daughter.

The best medical practice in Canberra, all GPs are fantastic , I have been visiting this practice for 6 years now. Dr. Randhir Ramchander is highly recommended , he really take care of his patients and goes out of the way in order to provide best treatment. Staff and all GPs are great .

Dr Ramchander has been seeing my daughter since she was 5 months and now that she is a toddler - I blindly trust his medical expertise. He is very good with treatment solutions and is always willing to listen. By far he is our go to doctor in whole of Canberra, though I wish this centre has bulk bill under 16 start earlier than 10 am as its hard for working parents to get in after 10 am.
