I found that other review funny, not just because I am Filipino myself and a happy patient at this clinic, but because in my experience the rudest and most arrogant people often think that others are rude and arrogant. Dr Cranswick is thorough and takes the time to work through treatments that will help as well as work with the lifestyle of his patients. It's not all about prescribing medicine. On a side note I am also a patient of pacific sleep solutions and Paul Andre and his team are awesome. I used to wake up over 40 times a night and get very poor sleep. Now with the right cpap machine, I am much more rested when I wake up. While I can sympathise with the experience of the other person and understand his disappointment the adage is often true that "we get what we give."

Me and my husband were saddened to learn that our Endocrinologist, Dr. Teresa Lam will no longer hold her clinic at Midwest Heart Clinic in Blacktown. We are one of the many who are very much disappointed that the management of Midwest did not consider the welfare of Dr. Lam’s patients with their decision for her to cease practice at their clinic. Most of her patients live in the surrounding area and are frail and elderly, most rely on public transport and some will no longer afford to travel to her new clinic. Dr. Lam is an excellent Specialist/Endocrinologist with a kind and caring heart. We wish Dr. Teresa Lam all the best and may God bless her good heart.

It is quite unfortunate that Dr Lam no longer works at this clinic. She was a lovely, knowledgeable and compassionate health practitioner.

Midwest Clinic has done disservice to my parents by not informing them of her sudden departure. They could have tried to advised my parents of the alternatives such as if there would be another bulk billing Endocrinologist at the practice or give details about where Dr Lam has re-located to.
Having a chronic illness means that my parents need continuity of care.

Shame about the level of service. I guess, my parents will just have to follow Dr Lam where she goes.

It's extremely disappointing that Dr Theresa Lam has moved to Lidcombe. This is a
major inconvenience to a lot of her patients, myself included .Dr Lam is
a very good Endocrinologist.
She is very caring,knowledgeable and above all professional.She always takes her time assessing her patients. I'm giving 1 star instead of 5 due to this sudden move

Silly un updated website is stating 2021 cvid protocol. Any venue that discriminates againest vax status should be boycott. Not even worth appointments. Update your mind people it's 2022.

I was very disappointed with my treatment at this clinic.
I felt I was there to increase their profit not necessarily for my health benefit.
If your GP sends your here ask to go somewhere else. I eventually did.
