I have been visiting Michele’s at Victoria Point for several years and am always met with friendly and professional service delivered with a smile. Cailyn the manager is a beautiful soul and an excellent barista and goes out of her way to provide me with fast service knowing I am always in a rush. When I have time to sit I notice how she always goes out of her way to ensure table service, especially to older customers that visit regularly. please try the mortal sin too, it is delicious or if you like savoury the spinach & cheese roll. Yum!

If you’re like me and you appreciate decent service and a consistently good coffee then this is NOT the place to go. There are numerous other options just meters away. If respect and kindness are something you value, spend your hard earned money elsewhere, this business doesn’t deserve it or you.

My friend ordered a cappuccino on lactose free milk. The young man that served us did not seem approachable at all, the coffee was too hot and the milk tasted burnt. After we asked for it to be remade, they put the thermometer in and said it was 70° then proceeded to pour cold milk into the coffee. Not happy at all, will not return.

Victoria Point (in the shopping centre). I'm allergic to wheat. After enquiring what flour they use in their flourless chocolate brownie she said 'I have no idea. I assume it's almond? I can't tell you'. I didn't even enquire about the other 'flourless' items. Very poor service.
