I had a recent delivery with these guys and they were perfect. My order arrived within 3 days from SA to Sydney. They communicated and rang me an hour before delivery.

I have used most of the major international ocean shippers with a local presence; however, I found Mainfreight to provide the most competent and seamless service. They were extremely thorough from day one. Whether it was collecting the goods or filing the correct customs declarations, they left nothing to chance. Kaiju, Natalee and the entire team at Mainfreight were thorough and professional throughout the entire process. They also made exceptions to deliver the goods to me urgently upon clearance. I cannot praise them enough for their commitment to supporting small business. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serious company to handle their global freight requirements.
