Retreat massage and wellness is by far the best place I’ve tried here on the Gold Coast for remedial massage. I have to try their other services ! I love their professionalism, kindness and work ethic. I’ve tried all of the massage therapists and they are each very good in their techniques making my body feel less tense and relaxed after each visit. Thank you! 🌸

Wonderful experience at retreat. I had a remedial massage with Aki. She was excellent; really worked the areas I had asked to focus on and certainly helped my pain. She checked in on the pressure throughout the massage and took her time to work out each knot. Effective and yet relaxing at the same time. Will certainly return!!

I walked in on Tuesday for the first time and I was greeted with the calming aromatherapy of DōTERRA being diffused. The setting was beautiful and calming also. The staff were friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend! 10/10 experience! I will be coming back!

I booked on a whim last minute due to some back pain and Naoko was amazing. Got all the right spots and I walked out feeling so much better. Will be back again!

One of the best massage places I've ever been to. I've been coming here for years now. Really nicely set up and clean, always smells nice with the diffusers running, professional and friendly service, great massage and they offer you a complimentary T2 tea at the end! They always give me advice about my tight shoulders and what stretches to do to try and loosen them up. They also send out a discount voucher after each session so you can book in again for a discounted rate!

Booked a couples massage for my partner and myself. Really enjoyed the service. Loved the attention to detail when asked if there was areas I wanted more focus on and the pressure I liked. Really enjoyed the complimentary tea ready for me at the end. Highly recommended.

Today was my first time going to this beautiful place and my first impression was wow! Absolutely amazing and very relaxing as soon as you walk in. My massage was incredible with hot stones, heated bedding & a very good lady doing the job. The receptionist here is also super lovely!! I love and will be coming back 100% <3

Smells amazing, super quiet and calm. I got a remedial massage from the lovely Aki after I pulled a muscle in my neck. Aki gave me an absolutely wonderful massage. I will be sure to be back for some more healing.

Had booked a 90 min relaxation massage with Jane and it was pure 90 mins of relaxation. Felt so refreshed and pampered after the session. The whole experience was really professional and the ambience inside as well was very clean and inviting. Highly recommend when visiting the Gold Coast. Sad they don’t have a Center in Melbourne.

Having the best experience with Harumi, I am 31 weeks pregnant and been seeing her for around 3-4 weeks and will continue until delivery. She’s been amazing and is really concentrated on the sore parts of my body and I can honestly say I move and sleep better cause of her.
She’s extremely professional in what she does plus I have the feeling am actually getting a proper massage not like other ones where it is way too light and soft to do anything.

If I could give 6 stars I would!

I was not disappointed - the atmosphere upon entering is amazing, the warm and welcoming feeling was perfect and my Aromatherapy and Hot Stone massage was awesome.
My therapist was professional, she was knowledgeable, expereinced and the pressure was just right. Thank you!
The take away hot tea topped of a wonderful experience.
I would highly recommend heading there for your next massage.

I had a deep tissue massage at Retreat and can honestly say this was the only professional massage I have ever enjoyed! They were professional and welcoming, the experience wasn’t ruined by any noise or disturbances outside like I have experienced in the past, and Jane my masseuse had the perfect pressure and left me feeling 10x better than I had walked in. The complimentary takeaway water or tea was also a really lovely touch. I’ll definitely be back!

I got a pregnancy massage, and my husband got a remedial. It was incredible and so relaxing! The atmosphere is so calming, and the therapists were considerate and skilled. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to everyone I know :)

I was a bit nervous having a massage being pregnant but it turned out to be the best massage I have ever gone for. Harumi was very careful and did her best to make me comfortable considering how big and heavy my belly is at 39 weeks. Thank you so much, I feel much more relaxed. I received a gift voucher for an hour pregnancy massage from a friend, and I loved the place on my first visit: great atmosphere, warm welcome, professionalism and pre-heated bed & pillows! As my health fund covered really well towards my treatment and I still had my voucher to use up, I returned a second time to meet the lovely Vivienne who was an excellent and experienced masseuse! She found and worked magic on all the knots on my back and shoulders. I’ll be sure to be back. Thank you so much!

First time here today & I absolutely loved it! The relaxing scent of aromatherapy oils being diffused when you walk in are instantly calming. Had a fabulous one hour massage & walked out feeling completely relaxed and tension free. My therapist was lovely & worked on my areas of concern without any pain - just excellent relieving pressure. Booking in for another treatment ASAP.

Every time my wife and I have come here for either their remedial massage or just a relaxing massage, it’s been great.

We love the ambience at this place. The complimentary hot drink after the treatment is a nice gesture. The coconut latte is so good.

If you want good service, literally a place to retreat to look after you’re well being than this is a place to go.
I definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic massage! I was after a remedial massage - I’ve had bad lower back and neck/shoulder pain ever since having a baby (and c-section). This massage was awesome - enough pressure that I could actually feel the muscles starting to ease. Definitely going back!

My partner and I had a couples massage in October with Radka and Antonio. We are quite the massage addicts but this was our first one at this company. Everything about our appointment was very professional, very hygienic and very friendly. The venue was beautifully decorated. More importantly though, is that this was BY FAR the best massage we've had in a few years. Which is especially impressive considering that counted for the both of us. Thanks heaps for looking after us and pampering us. We will be back :)
