I don't usually leave reviews at fast food joints but ebony is an excellent young worker. They were very short staffed when I went in and ebony was running the front and even with how busy it was, I still got my food in 10 mins.
Her customer service is great and she deserves a pay rise

Been here a couple of times since we moved in a few weeks ago. One of the best KFC’s around. Chicken has been spot on, chips hot, fresh and salty. Good job!!

I ordered a catering pack and I would like to pass on my thanks and appreciation to the Managers, and the team who worked on Thursday (31 May 2023).
The food was beautifully cooked and there was a good supply of decent sized chicken portions.
All was as usual, very tasty.

Your service was amazing, especially helping to load the car in the rain.

was pleasantly surprised at the service that the young people gave. It was our first visit to this store and I must say the chicken was cooked to perfection, I just wish I had brought a few more pieces 😁 but my waistline wouldn't have.
We both did notice though a mop through would have benefited the floor.

Upon trying Northam KFC I have discovered that until now I have lived a life of sub par, soggy, overcooked KFC. Like a storm clearing and the sun breaking over a tranquil meadow with a beautiful waterfall I could see clearly. I had woken up for the first time in my life. Crunchy, juicy, perfect hot and spicy goodness.

Had to wait for hot and spicy, but well and truly worth every second. I have never eaten such amazing KFC anywhere. Highly recommend. Huge shout out to the drive-thru attendant, she is the absolute bomb

Staff are friendly and attentive. The BEST KFC, not too greasy.

Quick service. Frozen drinks were perfect and so was the popcorn chicken. Staff very friendly. They need another service line as there are 2 ordering lanes which you then have to merge into in the drive through section.
