Bunnings Northam

Called looking for a water filter, then we were unable to answer call back about filter availability because of poor reception on our way to Northam, we arrived to Bunnings and had a voicemail from the lovely Heather saying she put one aside for us, as it was their last one.
We appreciate such amazing customer service and we’re thrilled with the level of care and our travels resulting in us acquiring a new filter,

Staff always amazing, very friendly & helpful. It’s our triplet boys favourite place to go out, and they staff really go out of their way to make them enjoy their experience. Thank you, you are all wonderful!

check out latest spring plants. new succulents are in. Christmas lights are in abundance. Staff are a delight! I picked up some markdowns of plant that I was very happy with.

On the last wo occasions I went here a staff member PIA was absolutely fantastic knew exactly where everything I wanted was.

Two visits in 2 days we should buy shares in the place!
The staff are friendly, the place is clean and most of the things we needed where there, the toilet was spotless,
All we needed was a cut lunch and a water bag to make it through our journey.
A suggestion though maybe water fountains and cup's for customers on, a hot day would be a great thing to have,
If you down load the app you can enter what you are looking for before leaving home, save it to a list in the app, when you get there let the app sort out the map to show you in order the best was to pick your items from the shelves.

Friendly customer service
The employees who work here are always willing to help you find what you need and willing to give you advice and even put a small BBQ sized gas bottle into your car! (Once you've paid for it and exchanged out with a full one). Definitely highly recommend going here instead of travelling to Perth!

Bunnings in Northam is off the hook. The place has a huge range for a regional town. Definitely worth the visit

Wow i went to these guys on new years to help my lively nanna who has given so much to northam over many decades.
I was so amazed to find it open but several people happy to help me when i had not been to a country bunnings for 8 years
I almost did not to ask as the are not random
But even on that day i did not have to ask
They were happy to ask me what i
wanted on that special day
I ended up getting what i neexed to seal off my nannas tv area
Her happy place where the aircon now works 3x better as the heat from the roof can no make it to where she enjoys her life.

Was amazed to find a Bunnings in a small country town. Was smaller than most but we got what we needed

Service friendly limited on range good for what they have in stock

We have placed two special orders now and got one delivered to our property in Coondle and the staff are always friendly, helpful and keep us notified, and we highly recommend using the services and the store of the Northam Bunnings team

Parking is a bit difficult but they have helpful and friendly staff. Great range of products.

I visited Bunnings Northam while waiting for my husband to finish a meeting at another location nearby. Since this was my first visit there, l was not familiar with where things were. Everyone of the staff l asked actually put down what they were doing n brought me there. The level of friendliness n helpfulness is above n beyond! Keep it up Bunnings Northam!!!

Great place to get all your work tools and anything to help around the house. Help decorate the garden and a wide range of paints to choose from. Great customer service and recommend this place to anyone that need to get tools or gardening supplies or even paint.

Small Bunnings store in a country town. However the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Of course they don't have as much stock as the larger stores but all the essentials are there and you can order product to be bought up from Perth and they deliver to your door. I am on a farm 35 kms from Northam and my order was delivered to the house.

Excellent service. It nice to have a store closer than Perth. It would be awesome if they did shipping.

Today was my first visit to the New Bunnings hardware store in Northam...
As a visitor from out of town Northam, I have to say it was an extremely refreshing experience after so much negativity experienced for quite a while in my previously frequented local stores...
The service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble & I felt a genuine interest in my project & required equipment & hardware & the prices were as I would have expected in the city...
I was greeted with a genuine smile & verbal welcome...

Great to have our town's Bunnings Northam store open and serving the avon valley community in a way that rural people are famous for. The friendly and courteous assistance when help is required, is one of the reasons I love shopping at Bunnings.
