Liberty Balloon Flights Perth (Avon Valley)

Absolutely wonderful experience on Sunday 14th that we will do again thats for sure. From the moment we checked in at 4:30am to the time we said goodbye to the amazing Liberty Balloon flight team later that morning we felt very welcomed and were looked after at all times like long lost friends. Thankyou for such a perfect sunrise on such a perfect day and especially to Nick our pilot who made us feel safe and at ease at all times.

Amazing experience hot air ballooning this morning over Northam, the crew had a great sense of humour while ensuring everyone was safe and having a great time. The view of the sunset was spectacular

Amazing experience throughout.

Booking easy with ongoing communication, including confirmation the night before with details.

An early start at 4.45 was inside a coffee shop - comfortable, warm, toilets.

After a short briefing, we headed off for 10min drive in a minibus to watch the balloon be assembled/inflated ready for flight.

We were a full flight 24 ppl in 1 basket. Not a lot of room but comfy & great views as the balloon floated & rotated firstly in dawn light, & then sunrise.

Flight over countryside at the moment bare waiting for winter plantings (apparently August is special with crops below incl yellow canola).

Went over Northam before very calm paddock landing. Staff& customers quickly packed balloon before returning for breakfast. Brekky was great (at Dome in Northam) with private buffet - cereal, fruit, Yoghurt, juice, hot food, pancakes, tea & coffee.

Staff were great from arrival, transport, assemble/packing balloon & breakfast.

Will try to get back in August some year.

Warning - you have to climb/step up into & out of basket. There are foot holds in basket as well as steps & staff are very helpful

Wow what an experience!! I booked this 6 months ago for my families milestone birthdays, and have had mixed feelings of how it would be as I am not the best at travelling or heights! Rest assured, the morning of the flight I felt more excited than nervous after meeting the crew. A very organised event, from communication the day before about details of the meeting spot, checking in, ordering breakfast for when we arrive back, the shuttle bus to the take off site, all safety briefing, getting involved for the set up and put down- it was all very reassuring we were certainly in good, experienced hands to float us into the skies. Our pilot, Pete was incredibly informative, very polite and made the experience 10/10. Ground staff, Danti and Michelle were fabulous in letting us get involved with set up and take down. Thank you so much to you guys for what was a bucket list experience become a realty. The experience is incredible and maybe one day if we visit Melbourne would certainly look to booking with you guys there. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What an amazing experience. Our Pilot Pete was hilarious with his bad dad jokes and was very informative... made the whole flight very comfortable and enjoyable (especially for those of us that were very nervous) Darti was also very humourous, all in all the team were all great and the flight was fantastic... great views, great crew... highly recommend.

My very first ever flight on a hot air balloon. Everything ran smoothly from booking and arrangements. Loved the staff and experience! From the chief pilot (Nick). The ground staff Nick and Sean to Thor who picked us up from Perth in burswood. Everything was ran professionally and smoothly. Glad i decided to go with Liberty. I was fortunate enough to travel with the chief pilot. He explains a lot of things to us and even surprised us with a fake landing( leave some square patches on the ground!) It was an awesome experience and would not hesitate to go again since it will be different experience Every time. Weather was awesome! Highly recommended!

Awesome flight with liberty. Mick was a fantastic pilot, full morning was very organised.

Only downside for myself was I was at the side on the balloon where the camera was hanging and it ruined a few beautiful photos. (Stand on right side to avoid the camera)

Other than that would 100% recommend.

Had a fantastic time doing the hot air balloon ride with liberty balloon flight. The staff were fantastic, helpful and alot of fun. Peter our pilot was funny and engaging. I will definitely be booking in again next and highly recommend the company. The scenery and experience was a definite once in a lifetime... next one will be with this company in Melbourne 😊

Get high on a magic carpet ride, amazing silent ballion flight high up in the air experience over the wheat fields of Northam.

Nick was an amazing pilot and we went up 3500ft and then skimmed over some paddocks only a meter off the ground.

Stay at the Farmer's Hotel in Northam and make it a great couples stay away. Enjoy

Great customer experience throughout. We were kept up-to-date about our forthcoming flight. Despite the early start, the flight was worthwhile. In addition, if you don't fancy driving to Northam from Perth, then you can catch the shuttle from Burswood. After the flight, you will be treated to an amazing buffet breakfast 😋.

Such an enjoyable experience, would highly recommend Liberty balloon flights. All workers are great and very easy to have a chat or laugh with.

What an amazing experience! Everyone should try to fly in a HOT AIR BALLOON with LIBERTY BALLOON FLIGHTS PERTH at least once in their lifetime. The Crew Nick & Michelle are the best. They are extremely experienced and they looked after us from the beginning till the end. Highly recommend them to anyone reading this review. Thanks team, what a thrill it was.
