I have been training with Lora for almost a year now. As a Pilates instructor I need self mastery and strength too not only the knowledge and the body. Lora helps me so much and easy to understand everything she is trying to teach. Her technique, knowledge and personality are all exceptional. So highly highly recommend her and appreciate her work. Lovely and welcoming staff that are passionate about what they do. Reception ladies are always so kind and friendly. Emma (Chiropractic) listens to where I'm sore and provides targeted relief during our sessions. I feel very safe in her hands and always walk away feeling 100 times better. Highly recommend!

Lora at the Spine & Sport Centre has been wonderful helping my postpartum body recover from birth and get back to a level of strength and mobility. Her Pilates knowledge and experience mean that she is always able to adapt exercises based on my needs of the day. Absolutely stellar clinic with an array of ways to help people with various issues. There's Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Podiatry, specialists of various kinds and even Pilates!

I have always been massively sceptical of Chiropractors in general, but Mason was extremely affable and comforting. After a few sessions he recommended I see a physio (James) and I've since been attending regularly for over a year.

Every single person in this clinic is friendly, empathetic and helpful. A clinician even postponed their own lunch break to get me in the door for a session.

I've never experienced such an array of skills and expertise in a clinic that hasn't felt perfunctory. The crew at Spine and Sports have managed to create an environment that feels so intimate and familial and I don't see myself going anywhere else.

Emily and Mason have always provided the best care and always manage to get me back moving around when my dodgy back fails me. I'm always happy to recommend them to family and friends since I know they will be in great hands too!

I look forward to my 1:1 Pilates studio sessions with Lora so much. Each week is a new challenge where we explore different movements and with her guidance I’m building confidence in my Pilates practice. Lora is so clear and articulate which teaches me so much about how my body moves.

I have attended Spine and Sports Center in East Perth for over 4 years firstly as a client of Emily and then as a client of Mason. Their expertise in chiropractic medicine is second to none. Each time I have injured myself through some kind of sporting activity they have very adeptly adjusted my body back to “centre”. No two visits are ever the same as regards the adjustments I am given, quite different to my previous experiences working with other chiropractors. I am always impressed by Mason’s intuitive ability to immediately find the source of a problem my body may be holding on to and then enabling my body to release it. I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. I’m so grateful to have been recommended to them in the first place. Thank you for everything.

Johan, Lydia, Mason and James have all collaborated to provide me with comprehensive care through varying health needs from injury, pregnancy and maintenance. All the practitioners and support staff are welcoming, kind and caring.

The physios at Spine & Sport are amazing. They have treated me for shoulder & knee issues and their diagnostic skills get to the heart of the problem. I also go to their Pilates classes which are in small classes and lots of fun but still challenging.

Spine & Sports Centre has been a business where I seek treatment for a couple of years now. Forever friendly service but still highly professional. Stunning location inside and has everything to offer; one stop shop. Couldn’t recommend any more highly. Will not disappoint.

I have been attending Pilates at Spine and Sport for a few months now.
I started with rehab Pilates as I have had 2 full hip replacements over the last 2 years.
Now I’m enjoying the small “personal” attention in the small group classes.
Each instructor is different which adds to the variety within the class.
Being in these small groups I think is so beneficial as each of the instructors can and will address individual needs rather than just being in a big group and fumbling around.
All staff are efficient and accomodating which makes booking and attending the class more enjoyable.

I had previously been taught Pilates by Lora a number of years ago at another studio and was so happy to find out that she would now be teaching at a location that is super convenient for me.
Lora’s years of experience, training, knowledge and attention to detail are second to none. She has a beautiful teaching style and is fantastic at listening to her clients and working with them. With her background in exercise science, Pilates and now DNS, she truly has every base covered when it comes to understanding the most ideal way for a body to move and ways to access those challenging places.
I have been attending Studio sessions with Lora for the past 6 months and it is the highlight of my week! :)
The studio is fully equipped and light and bright.

The team at Spine and Sports are amazing! Every person I have dealt with there is professional but also so lovely and friendly. The receptionists always greet you with a smile and have amazing customer service. I love that I can always call up and get in so easy too. I have been seeing Emma for chiro and I couldn’t possibly imagine having a better experience. This is my first time having any chiropractic work so I was a little nervous but Emma put me at ease straight away. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! I also have to take my daughter to appointments sometimes and everyone there have been so accommodating and friendly towards her. Their facilities are all brand new too which is a bonus.

As an avid runner I need my feet to be in as great a condition as possible, Johan was recommended to me and surpassed my expectations. He was very knowledgeable was able to recommend some great products to help protect my feet further.
