The bandana bibs from My Little Love Heart are beautifully designed and hand crafted. The materials are top quality, with a very absorbent backing which has managed to kept my little ones chest dry where others have not. I am particularly impressed by the great cut of the adjustable collar which hugs the neck area rather than cutting in or dangling too low. My little one isn’t worried about wearing them and they look extremely cute with her outfits. I must also make mention of the fabulous communication which let me know where my goods were up to in the purchase and sending process. I am very grateful and will certainly be buying again from this great store.

First, the website is very user-friendly even from the people who are based outside Australia, it is very easy to navigate and all the information you needed about the product is already there. Second, upon completion of your order placement their team will email you right away (not feeling like a generic one, it felt like it was written specially for you) to ensure you that they have received your order and they will process and even provide you an estimated delivery date. Lastly, they won't leave you like that after they have delivered your order, they will let you know that it was successfully delivered and will thank you which felt good too as a customer. They would be asking for a review, and they are looking for honest one, they are open for constructive criticisms as they are open for bad reviews about their customer's experience.
