I've been practicing yoga for @15 years and have tried out a number of studios on the Gold Coast , hot ones and ordinary ones.

Yet for the last 12 months I have settled in Shala because it feels like home. I always feel so welcomed by all of the staff.

The classes are so varied and the teachers never judge your practice whether you're a beginner or advanced.

For me it's not about the poses but more about the sanity and the restoration I get from attending regularly.

Thanks to all Shala staff for providing this peaceful space for us all.

Shala is a fantastic hot yoga and pilates studio that offers a wide variety of styles with plenty of class time options including early morning, after school drop-off, afternoon and evenings. It's a friendly place with a wonderful feel of community and super supportive teachers who guide students of all levels of capability through each of the classes.

I recommend this yoga studio at 100%. The yoga room is beautiful with large mirrors, the wall design and ambience make it so peaceful. Awesome yoga teachers and energy.

I had good experiences having classes in this studio. Had to cancel membership due to personal reasons. But it was a pain to do so. Despite attempting to leave messages on their websites, via email and phone, ZERO RESPONSES to my request for cancellation of more than 3 weeks. And I have been charged more than what stated in the contract now.
