I went in today and it wasn't buzy when I rocked up at 9am, I waited maybe 2 minutes.
The young woman who did my bloods was very nice and sweet, I highly recommend them :)

Shocked to see so many bad reviews. Maybe they were made during the time where there were long lines which would have been frustrating but I was there yesterday and there were only 3 cars in front of me and the lady that came to the car to swab me was SO NICE. Very personable, funny, and gentle with the swab. Would come back here if I needed to get another PCR test.

The workers were so friendly, gentle and professional. They were not busy at all when I was there. I think people who had bad experience were there at the peak time when the Omicron spread rapidly and the long waiting experience was not the lab or workers faults, they're doing the best they can to help everyone get the test done as quick as possible. I'm grateful for their work.

My partner and I attended Goodna 4Cyte yesterday morning, as part of a mandatory PCR 24 hours post international travel. We arrived early to avoid any long wait times. The drive-thru is set up well, easy to find and no queues. All staff were very polite, informative and gentle throughout the whole procedure. The entire interaction was over within 10 minutes. My results even returned within 20 hours! As a health care worker myself, I was very impressed with how seamless the process was.

Had to write this review as it definitely doesn’t have the same tone as other reviews here. My 3 yo son needed to get a PCR test and his fear and anxiety was high. The staff here were so empathetic and caring and made him feel safe. Well done and keep up the good work!

These people are doing their very best to help with this pandemic. The people that appreciate what these people are doing far outweigh the people that feel the need to complain. They just don't review them is all. I had a fantastic experience here when I needed to be tested. A very big thank you to all the people working hard to test us.

I turned up for a PCR test yesterday. It was a quick turnaround, the test wasn't uncomfortable, and the lady who did the test was pleasant, efficient & helpful! Highly recommended!

Lovely young lady there took my blood no problem yet most find difficult as I have small veins...need testing all the time due to Leukaemia so she is my go to girl, gentle, caring, efficient, funny and extremely charming...

All of you complaining in the review section, pull your heads in, imagine having to do this job day in day putting up with you ungrateful lot... " my results didn't come back in 24 hrs " " they were rude " it's not a business, it's a service.

I bet your the type that complaining wearing a mask to the supermarket, try full PPE all day in this heat.

My wife and I lined up for C19 PCR test only took 2 hours in car ladies were exceptional at testing front line we both got results less than 24hrs.
Stop complaining you Muppets about someone providing a service for others well-being and comfort.
