ZAG Seafood Merrylands never disappoints whether it’s fresh seafood or cooked seafood you will be glad you shopped here. The seafood is always fresh and tasty and the staff are always happy to help and if your not sure what seafood you want they will make recommendations for you. You can eat in or takeaway. I always grab my seafood here for Christmas with the convenience of delivery I can skip the queues at the shop and have it dropped of straight to my door. I always get so many compliments from family and friends on the fresh delicious seafood. Couldn’t get it any fresher even if I went out and caught it myself…A must to try 🎣

Superb taste. Great value for $12. I know I shouldn't eat chips--but resistance was futile. Lots of seating inside the Mall and outside near the Mall. Merrylands have a trove of great eating spots.

I firstly went here on the 30th of July 2020 with the grilled fish and chips. The fish and chips at this place are not bad in taste. My go-to is the grilled fish with coleslaw salad and chips which was delicious and I also remembered having the grilled fish with chips in their big box. Photo shown was from the 27th December 2023.

I love the seafood here. I come from Central Coast and every time I have to pick up my seafood from here. The gorgeous staff lady so sweet with blue eyes served me last Tuesday and she always knows what I get. I appreciate her and this place 😇 #zagseafoodmerrylands.

Absolutely beautiful seafood, so fresh and well presented, even the portions were huge, such a great gift idea so seafood lovers! The order process was so easy and even the delivery was so convenient. Will definitely be recommending Zag Seafood to all my family and friends and ordering again!

Great staff, the young man that served me on Sunday was friendly and very welcoming. I had the blue eye cod with the family and we all enjoyed it, fresh as it gets. Thanks, will re-visit next time I travel in the area.

They have awesome fresh fish & shellfish great selections had some black mussels from there a week or so ago.....very very nice....oohhh & the Salmon is the best......a new addition to Zag Seafood an awesome new space to order cooked food from check it out

Fantastic customer service. Alonzo(?) is brilliant and very kind referring to everyone as ‘darling’, ‘dear’, etc.

I just wish the 1/2 lobster was available. I settled for bartered fish, chips and a Greek salad instead. I’ll definitely be back!

Seafood is always fresh. I love their seafood salad. I had to buy frozen prawns and crab sticks and the lady that served me was so helpful. She was very nice!

Have been coming to Zag Seafood for many years and would have to say they are the best in the business. Owners are awesome and friendly, Freshest seafood and their cooked seafood is to die for. I’m sure me and my family will continue going to zags for years to come.

I brought a whole rainbow trout cuted up it's fantastic very fresh and we'll preserved. I also brought a sweet lips fish it's very big and very cheap super fresh strong sea flavour highly recomand it.

The oysters and prawns I bought from here tasted fresh. the Snapper was not as fresh, in saying that when I order the snapper fillets online, they are much better.

I love their service and i feel how much they care about their clients!

Who doesn't love Zag seafood? Fresh everything daily and they clean your fish! You can have a lovely meal there as well. Highly recommended. Top marks for staff who are pleasant and offer a friendly smile
