First time at StudioX.
Erin was fantastic and made me feel instantly at ease. Got straight to my issue and experienced instant relief. So grateful for her expertise and guiding me through what is happening from a medical perspective. She has enabled me to see that I will be living without pain very soon and be able to get on with my health and fitness goals. Can’t thank her enough. Highly recommend her and the studio.

My teenage son has been seeing the wonderful Physios at Studio X Phys for a while now due to some sport injuries. The staff are all very helpful and my son actually loves coming to Physio, his training and races have improved alot due to the pain decresing. We love the customer service and time put in by the staff! Tegan and Cory are amazing! Highly recommend!

Olivia was very informative and great at listening during my appointment. Have already told 2 people who j think would benefit from physio to see her. Give stars and so excited to go back ☺🌻

I've been getting physio from Will since early 2023 & just had my last appointment with him last weekend. I had an achilles tendon injury from 2015 that had flared up big time. Will knew exactly how to start treating my injury & what exercises I needed to do to help my recovery. He guided me so well through the whole process & I'm so thrilled that I've got to the point where I can manage my symptoms myself from now on. But they're always there if I need them.

Want to say a massive thank you to Deshane Deenoo. It’s been a rough couple of months since starting physio for my broken ankle but he’s smashed it! Always pushing me just the right amount and being honest with me about where I am in my recovery. Very happy a friend recommended him to me and cannot tell you how good it feels to be back on 2 feet walking again. Would highly highly recommend!

Very happy and confident with the staff and care they give especially their ability to give us the tools to manage pain and movement . Will has been my go to person before going to doctor and have so much confidence in him as he understands and is professional at all times. I was very nervous about having dry needling but he managed to ease that anxiety and would never hesitate to have again if required

I went to see Anita at Studio XPhys after a Google search gave high recommendations, plus she was local.

I felt listened to, she explained to me what she was doing, was incredibly professional and was immediately clear that she was very experienced in her field of work.

Would recommend her to anyone who needs a remedial message therapist that is knowledgeable, warm, experienced and thorough. She’s amazing!

Highly recommend the guys at studio xphys. Sorted out my back pain using a range of techniques that made a huge difference. Pain free and mobility is so much better.

If I could give more stars, I would. The team at Studio X is great. Every one is supportive and encouraging, showing genuine interest in the clients well-being and fostering a true community spirit. I can't recommend them highly enough.

A very friendly welcome as you enter. Renee my physiotherapist took the time to listen to me, to understand the impact my injury was having on my day to day living. She explained my recovery would only work, if we worked as a team. She was willing to give me 100% support on my journey. I left feeling I had finally found the right place. Thank you 🙏

Following a serious accident, physiotherapist Deshane suggested I try hydrotherapy, along with a weekly strength boost class. After eighteen months I am stronger than before my accident, which I have been able to measure with the InBody Scanner. Thank you Deshane and Olivia for all your encouragement and patience, and the lovely admin staff who are welcoming and helpful.

Anita is a very intuitive therapist who capably assessed and treated me for long term complex issues and tightness. She is clearly very talented and also caring, of both complex issues and my well-being.
I recommend Anita without hesitation, and also think the practice is very professional and well run.

I used to attend Studio X for Pilates and Boost Classes on weekly basis. In August 22 I was hit by a car , and after 12 mths hospital and rehab I am back with Studio X 3 to 4 times a week. I am so happy with my progress and much appreciate the staff are so friendly and supportive with my recovery after 3 months I am walking doing Boost classes , Hydro and Podiatry and Massage I am freely walking and loving life.

I’ve been to both Studio X Phys at Mudgeeraba & Hope Island for Masseurs, Pilates Reformer Classes & Physio Therapists over the past 4-5yrs. Well knowledge qualified therapists that’s what keep me here.

I did L4 and L5 in my back. With some Physio recommendations from a specialist a couple of months later my back feels better than it was before my injury. Lachlan was great to work with and he listened and he took the time to work with me.

The staff at Studio X are all so helpful and supportive. Pilates has helped me enormously with the back pain I have experienced for much of my life and the guidance from each of the instructors is invaluable to me. I enjoy the classes every week.

I started doing Pilates at Studio X in Jan 2023 and have enjoyed every session. Olivia is a wonderful Exercise Physiologist, very experienced, a great coach and her attention to detail is exceptional. I highly recommend Studio X Phys to anyone.
