There are no opening hours on a sign but I asked the ladies and they were only too happy to help. Staff very helpful and friendly

I always found this op shop to be great value but I noticed the prices have really jumped up recently. It's more expensive than the salvos. $15 for an item of clothing, $20 for a pair of shoes and $150 for an old used blender.

I know that charity shops have to make a profit, and I don't mind paying a fair price.
Charity shops are going to price themselves out of business, the way they are going. I see near new prices on most items, even stuff that is damaged. I think I am going to shop at market stall, and garage sales, from now on.

Who ever is in charge of pricing really needs to consider if it is an opportunity shop or an antique store , who is valuing everything and putting today’s prices on old items ? Google isn’t a reliable guide for pricing . You are even pricing things more expensive that what they would be on sale for brand new . Price with your heart not your head !! And remember that you are getting these items free and making 100 percent profit 💗

3rd OP shop we went in with my daughters crazy older lady attacked me straight away as I walked in over not having my mask, she was aggressive and agitated and clearly upset several customers and my daughters. She was yelling that its law you have to get out I said call the Police she said I don't have to and proceeded to press a button and jump on the phone like we were robbers. My daughters and I left along with several other poor people.
I have always found Caloundra to be a lovely happy place but not in Boomhill op shop "there be monsters in there".
