Was at Top Ryde with my wife and popped into this place.

Was greeted by the most lovely staff member I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I think the girl's name was Chelcie or similar.

She was so pleasant and sweet and really helpful.

I would build a statue to commemorate Chelcie's amazing customer service if I could.

If we could build a utopia, I'm sure Chelcie would be the girl that helps you every time you go shopping.

Long live Chelcie, the lizard queen!

Awesome customer service. Was here for my b'day shopping, the lady in the shop helped me with nice collections of dresses and matching accessories. Highly recommend.

I give 1 star to customer service because I can't give less starts... rude and nagging staff. I went to the store for changing product size. Too many excuses to not make the exchange because my purchase was done online. I wound not shop here ever again.
