Kmart Top Ryde

I had to come in and post a review as I absolutely adore the staff at Kmart Top Ryde - Kirk is the best! He’s so good with my kids, they run around but he always knows how to keep them entertained while I try and get my items scanned. So thank you for always having a smile on and helping out when you can.
As for all the other staff they are just as amazing! Helping out, knowing where everything so you aren’t walking around in circles.

One of my favourite stores. Clean and well organized. Stock levels are always full. Good range of products at a reasonable price always. Friendly staff. The aisles are tidy and not cramped. The checkouts move quickly and there's never a long wait time. Plenty of parking.

Her bubbly and infectious personality, combined with her prompt and consistent assistance, has left a lasting positive impression.

Great layout and well maintained shop. stuffs are friendly and helpful. good collection of homewares, Male, women and kids produscts. planty of toys and electronics products. it's a preety big outlate.. price are reasonable and in good quality.

This has to be the most well stocked, clean and organised Kmart I’ve ever been in.

I am very impressed with THIS Kmart store as the range of products is huge, the items are neatly arranged. While shopping within the store, I can see the staffs tidy up the shelves. I enjoyed the shopping experience and will visit the store again.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I love Kmart, Top Ryde. I usually go later after 7.00 or 8.00pm when it's quieter, it's much nicer to shop. There's usually always plenty of stock, being a childcare teacher I get a lot of my resources here, plus things for myself too. Thanks Kmart for always being loyal to me, I promise to be loyal to you whenever I have money! 😅💖

Pros :
One of the best Kmarts I have been to. Parking goes directly in front of Kmart. Saves time. Always I search online and go there to buy. Mostly I find all the items I need. Location is Top Ryde shopping centre which is big and awesome. Staffs are always good. Helped me buy a 3-tier vegetable stand which was on display. Helped me quickly shop all I needed. Will akshay visit here.

Cons:
No big carts to carry stuff. Please get some big carts like Woolworth and Dan Murphy.

Open till later, quite a large store and easy parking on the Orange level. Well stocked

Very good area. You can almost find anything. Nice and helpful staff. They happily go and search for you. Shelves are organised. The security at the gate is very polite and respectful. Some other kmarts don't treat their customers respectfully. The shelves used to be half empty during covid but now looks much better.
Definately recommended for sports and toys.

First time I’ve been to this Kmart and it was lovely! Everything was well stocked and great merchandising. Found everything I was after and more! The man on the door was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Huge store with wide range of household and baby items. Best place for budget shopping

The Manager Ashley was super helpful. Helped me order a mug for Christmas. She also dealt with two very rude customers who were making a fuss over 50 cents brilliantly. Excellent service!

I’m very impressed and satisfied with customer service (amazing staff very patient and polite), online deliveries ( informative, reliable, with occasional reasonable delays), prices (affordable compared to quality), quality of furniture (the rattan and wood products are impressive), return and refund process (easy and reliable), variety of products, organised stores, packaging and so on!

Kmart is now an icon with great products. The only thing I can never understand is why some bright spark within Corporate decided to moved the cash registers into the middle of the store? It was always more convenient to have this located at the entrance/exit, but now you have to go all the way to the middle of the store to pay. I would have thought the old set up would make it harder for shoplifters to steal from KMart?

Kirk was amazing!! I was there doing a big shop with my kids and I saw him running around with so much energy helping everyone! Always with a smile and kind banter for all. When it was my turn I had about 3 carts and he was so pleasant and helpful through it all. He ran to get me an extra trolley and made my whole experience so much better. The store is very lucky to have him! No doubt Kirk is an asset and he should be a very appreciated employee, I know I certainly appreciate him! Good on you sir!! Capt’n Kirk!
