Honestly shocked at how many unjustified negative reviews there are for this Uniqlo. I went during peak hour and I received nothing but impeccable customer service; despite how busy the staff were they always treated me with courtesy and politeness, and never let their stress show to the customers whilst still doing everything as fast as they could.

Aside from the excellent customer service, as usual the clothes are great quality basics for the price you're paying - you won't find a better bang for your buck in any other brand.

Cleanest UNIQLO i have ever been in. The customer service here is impeccable and i almost cried when i saw the exact same looking coat my late mother had worn all the time. One of the staff members kindly asked if i was okay and it was then when i burst into tears of sadness. I was ecstatic to the care this staff member had provided me with. She was so kind about everything even when i opened up about my feelings to her.
Staff are lovely at checkout too.
Definitely coming back.

One of the best most helpful UNIQLOs i have ever been to straight out. All the staff there were lovely especially one lady - she showed me exactly where to look to what i wanted and also recommended one of the cashmere cardigans to me which i wear almost everyday now and i am so appreciative towards her for assisting me with this. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Cute T-hirts! So many to choose from. So clean and well merchandised. I wanted buy everything. The team were very friendly and approachable. One the team members Michelle was amazing. She was so helpful and went above a beyond assisting me with signing up to uniqlo. What great customer service.

Great place to shop comfortably and nice staff that helps provides excellent customer service as well as having benevolence in their character. Would ultimately purchase their products from this specific store again as other stores do not have their shelves and products as organised as this one :)

Uniqlo is always lovely.
But specially one staff member if I recall correctly Sam.
Picking up pants I had purchased a week ago that were altered.
When I walked up to the counter she greeted me confidently by my name, I was pleasantly surprised for someone to have that detail of memory.

She was also helpful though the process explaining different stitches in detail and she had a smile that radiated though her facemask. 👌
