I had a wonderfully positive experience here this month. Andrew was very helpful over the phone, taking the time to explain the products I was looking at in detail, and helping me to compare options. He then accommodated my last minute dash into store late in the day on a Saturday, and was so generous and helpful in installing a couple of add-ons to my new bike, when anyone else could have just said no so close to closing time. It was refreshing to experience such down to earth and genuine customer service and care. I recommend 99 Bikes O'Connor highly, and am grateful for Andrew's professional and personal manner.

Awesome service. Over and above. They helped me buy a bike that had to suit both my husband and me. Then they had the time and patience to secure it plus my two kids bikes to my new and complicated bike rack (which I didn't purchase from their store).

Our trip there was just before Christmas to purchase a bike for my son, I didn't think our chances were good of getting the right bike at such a busy time. But the staff member was excellent, asked lots of questions and helped us pick the perfect bike. They quickly added some extras that we purchased with no charge at all. They are very approachable, the pricing was fair and the service 5 star! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Purchased a GPS bike computer off the guys at the O'Connor store and within a few months I had a warranty issue. I went in and the guys dealt with it in a very professional manner and replaced it on the spot and said they would deal with the warranty with the manufacturer directly. Fantastic customer service!

Two weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon, Andrew at the O'Conner store was very helpfull & well deserves the 5 stars ! My daughter purchased a bike & needed assistance with fitiing the child seat and aslo a basket. Andrew managed to get it all sorted for us late in the day. We where off on holidyas the next day so we really needed to get the bike sorted..... Thankyou very much.

Extremely happy we decided to come here to upgrade the bikes for our kids. Staff member Adam was very attentive and informative, and we ended up finding two perfect bikes for our girls. We liked how he was always attentive to the pricing, and made clear that certain models were more expensive than others.

Tip: if you are spending more then $350 be sure to join the Gold Membership. It is a $35 fee to save 10% off the already reduced "Member" pricing - we ended up saving around $140 for an initial bill of around $930 (inclusive of paying the $35 fee).

Went in to purchase a small value item, even though staff were very busy they were prompt with serving me and also very upbeat. Very professional by the sound of the conversations I heard too. Would highly recommend

Bought my grand daughter a bike from O’Connor store some months ago but turns out it was a size too big for her. I returned to the store to enquire about swapping for a size smaller and was pleasantly surprised to be told that it was no problem. As a 99 Bikes member, all my invoices and sales history were on their computer so not having an invoice was also not a problem. The professional assistance and short time taken to effect the swap, even though I did not have to bike with me just amazing. My son will affect the swap tomorrow. That was also no problems. I cannot praise or recommend these guys enough. Very professional, very good.

Called into 99 Bikes O’connor looking for an e-bike and was served by Daniel. Daniel was a Very knowledgeable and experienced cyclist. If there was anything he didn’t know (as you just can’t know it all), he would go ask or find out. He was able to give use the information we needeed and guided us to the right purchase that suited our needs. He walked us through all the purchase, set up and even installed the accessories for us. Thanks Daniel you were patient and easy to work with. I found 99 Bikes to be very helpful and approachable. Large range of bikes and suits all type of riders from road racers, mtb to casual riders young or old.

Great service in a VERY well stocked shop from friendly knowledgeable staff.
Was completely satisfied but even better, found that 99 Bikes offer a price beat deal, 5% less than any genuine available product.

Fantastic customer service from original enquiry for 2 bikes and rack to the delivery and fitting of bike rack to our vehicle. Nothing was too much trouble. From initial difficulties with the selected rack which involved up to 3 members of staff trouble shooting in the car park to then trying to organise an adaptor for our aged tow bar connection. The staff and knowledge are second to none. Outstanding service on every level.

Calum helped me today with a very simple gear issue. And he made sure the bike was perfect. 10/10 . It's definitely my place to fix my bike from now on.

Amazing service and incredibly friendly staff. The team member that served me, Dylan, gave me a complete run down on their range of helmets and helped me pick out the most appropriate one for my use; and furthermore found the right size for my head. Additionally, he ran me through the options of seats, as I was a replacement, and he was such a help as he attached it to the seat post for me. Overall 10/10 staff and store.

These guys are extremely helpful and professional. The biggest positive is that they don't price gouge or push an upsale. Very attentive, concise, and overall, just a pleasure to use their services.

The Salesman, Andrew, was excellent. He was welcoming, had extensive product knowledge and responded intelligently to my questions. He made it an excellent overall experience from greeting to final purchase and delivery.

Just had possibly the best retail experience I've had in years, worked out an online order but the bike I was looking at was in store only, they were happy to hold the bike for me, and a set of pedals and shoes in my size, then spent a good 25 mins with me setting the bike up and running through it with me. Put the extra time in so I could practically pedal out the door if I wanted too. Made the swap from mountain to road bike entirely seamless.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I bought a helmet online, but turned out i couldn't fit it my head. The staff offered for an exchange to a bigger one that fit for me. No drama, no hassle, just need to pay extra because the price is different, then i'm back on my 2-wheels with a new helmet. Thank you 99Bikes!
