Windyridge Garden

Just stunning strolling through the maze of gardens kept immaculately, and seeing so many flowers in bloom, many of which I've never seen before. Went very early Saturday morning in Sept, and we had the place to ourselves, lost in tranquility. Very friendly garden keeper, and the nursery was a lovely surprise and had great variety and prices.

Stunning private gardens that have been well cared for; bring a picnic to enjoy in the tranquility of the windyridge gardens while you eat. Quality plants also available for sale. Ample street parking.

Absolutely beautiful garden! We visited on 30 apr 2023 and it wasn’t at its peak autumn colour yet as this year it’s late than usual but is still amazing. This garden is definitely maintained with care. Entrance $12.50 with free coffee/tea and they sell cakes/scones during the autumn season.

Came here during the start of winter. Japanese maples trees are all in dormancy, which would be beautiful during the spring and mid autumn. Owner is nice and friendly, willing to help if needed nice place to visit nursery is great to browse heaps of weeping 🇯🇵 maples and uprights also at $65 crimson queen, sunset, tamukeyama, garnet, red dragon, fairy lights, forever red, assorted at $40, magnolias also here. Bought some great maples which you cannot get in your local nursery and these are great prices. Must visit will definitely be back during the growing seasons.

Very nice garden that still opens in summer. You get free cookies and coffee with the entrance fee too!

Beautiful little garden with a lake and nice colourful trees.
There's an entrance fee, and you will be welcomed at the door by a polite gentleman.
There's also complementary tea or coffee and a pack of biscuits on arrival.

Thank you for assisting us it was a breathtaking to visit your garden and it was a pleasant hospitality of yours with free coffee and biscuits it was we needed that time when we couldn't find a nearby cafe. So amazing to see all your beautiful flowers from your garden. My husband and I do loved it. We highly recommended your place.

What a wonderful treasure this place is. The owner is a friendly man with two cute little doggies. Tea and biscuits provided and the garden was stunning. The red leaves on the Japanese maples were beautiful 🥰 We filled the car with a lot of goodies from the nursery - very modest prices by the way. Lovely garden. The best of the autumn leaves are over but still a very pretty spot. Free tea, coffee and biscuits included for your $10 entry. Lots of plants available for sale at quite reasonable prices.

Lovely well kept garden and grounds. We went for photography and were delighted with the pond, waterfall, sculptures and autumn leaves. There weren't many people around which suited us just fine. Highly recommend a visit, whether for photography, walking around or just soaking it all in.

Windyridge Garden is another garden that I visited at Mt Wilson. Very nice and awesome garden. Enter fee for adult only $10. Free tea and coffee. Great for parents and kids. Good for photography. There are Waterfall and a pond.

Beautiful garden located in the historic Mount Wilson, Blue Mountains situated 2 hours from Sydney.
You can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the tranquil cool climate of the mountains. Mount Wilson sits at an altitude of 1050m above sea level.
Due to the altitude we are able to showcase an extensive range of cool climate plants including but not limited to; Japanese Maples, camellias, azaleas, hydraeangers and much more.

Serenity and peaceful beautiful gardens and amazing walking tracks to see all around the gardens and beautiful waterfall.

Quiet and relaxing place, plenty of different plants, kind people looking after the garden, many tables to sit, beautiful little artificial waterfall, come to relax and have a snack on the nature. Probably December is not the best time for a visit due to hot and dry weather.

Lovely garden, beautifully designed. Friendly gardeners and a lovely spot to sit and enjoy complimentary tea & coffee. It may not be as large as other gardens but it certainly impresses still.

Beautiful garden in Mount Wilson, one of the few open during winter. Easy to find and very welcoming.

The owners were wandering and greeting people, more than happy to chat in that Kiwi accent. Nice people.
Gardens were fantastic to stroll around. Large grassed area for the kids. Meandering paths through mature trees and fantastic autumn foliage. Pond with waterfall and believe it or not a tropical section. Even a nursery to buy some rare seedlings. Toilets very clean even with hot water. And to top it off complimentary tea n coffee n biscuits in the sun. 🌞

Beautiful garden though a bit small compared to some other gardens in the area.
