Wynnes Rocks Lookout

Lookout is close to the picnic area, so not far to walk. Need to negotiate a few steps carved into the rocks and step across rocks, so balance is needed (especially when you are elderly!) Good, far reaching view.

An absolutely stunning and beautiful location to visit and have a picnic and enjoy the wonderful scenery. There are no toilet facilities at this location, but some are available in Mount Wilson near by. The lookout is just past the picnic area after a short walk from the carpark nearby.

A very nice quiet lookout in the Blue Mountains. You can drive down close to the lookout and walk the rest. It has a few steep steps to get down, but not far to get to an amazing view. I loved the view and the few times I’ve been here it has never been that busy.

Great view. Easily accessible. The road there has a lot of potholes, drive slowly and carefully.

What a spot ! The view is incredible, there’s amenities near by and space for a picnic lunch with bench seats.

Great view even when the sky is grey with clouds! We were there on a rainy day and could still enjoy the view over the mountains nearby and further. It's quite relaxing. You can park few Meyer away from the lookout but there aren't much space so if it's a busy day it might be better to park up the road.

Picturesque. Great views. Can get cold and windy. The lookout is just a minute away from the small carpark. A few steep steps and rocks to get to the guard rail.

If you are in the Mount Wilson area then visit this lookout. The directions are a bit difficult to find if you are in the area but very easy if you use Google Maps. The views are splendid and you will not find many people here as it is a bit hidden from the general public. There is a picnic shelter as well for you to sip your hot tea and take a few minutes to appreciate the nature.

Recommend dropping past here if you are in the area, the views are outstanding! There is a short walk down to the lookout - it is not accessible by pram but can easily be reached with a two minute walk!

Spectacular views from this lookout. If you are in Mt Wilson it is well worth the 5 minute drive out to the lookout for a panoramic view of the the mountains looking back to Katoomba.

Drive to lookout and take short rock path behind picnic tables to the lookout ... stunning views!

There is plenty of view, and it will look so nice when it all starts to grow back from the wild fires that have blazed through.

Stunning views - vast expanse of just greenery. It's a little isolated and wasn't too busy when we visited. A couple minutes walk from the parking area and down some rocks. Would definitely recommend coming here for the view and the stunning pictures! :)

Fantastic little lookout that has covered picnic facilities including a rainwater tank.
The view is amazing and definitely worth the trek out.
It can be windy so come prepared.
