My family and I have always had professional, excellent advice and service from this pharmacy. Recently, Pharmacist Ryan Tan has been assisting me with a Chronic Pain MedsCheck Action Plan. His approach has been evidence-based and, in conjunction with my GP and Specialists, assisting greatly in the management of my chronic pain issues. We are very lucky to have this exceptional Pharmacist locally available. All staff at this pharmacy are friendly and knowledgeable. I have found the products well priced and of plentiful variety and supply.

I can't thank Ryan enough after I suffered an Anaphylaxic attack whilst in the pharmacy last week. His prompt action quite likely saved my life. Although we have moved out the area, we continue to use this service as we have always found Ryan, Henry and all the staff to be extremely helpful and courteous.

I’ve been using the Downs pharmacy since 2004 and even though I’ve moved out of the area I will continue to use them as they are so very professional, empathetic, caring and kind. Over the holiday period I had to get some medication that they didn’t have so not only did the find a pharmacy that had some they picked it up and hand delivered it to my front door, that is certainly a first for me and definitely they go the extra mile for their customers.
