Oh my gosh, I am absolutely in love with the Australian Reishi Mushroom Powder from this company! It's seriously the best quality on the market - I've tried other brands and they don't even come close.

I'm a huge fan of the fact that it's 100% organic and made using the "Paul Stamets Method." Basically, they grow the mushroom on organic brown rice, and it eats the rice as food. Then, the mushroom forms and is cooked to increase the bioavailability of active ingredients. They finally freeze dry and ground it into powder, and voila! You've got yourself a delicious and healthy superfood!

Plus, it's grown in the beautiful Yarra Valley region of Victoria, which makes me feel like I'm supporting local Aussie farmers. I love that it's a wholefood product, and I can feel good about what I'm putting into my body. I can't recommend this enough!
