We (hubby and my self) rented a granny flat at kawana Island through these guys while our house was under construction. As we all know that for past couple years renting was extremely hard to find and real estate agents were not being fair in the processing the applications. We had an absolutely amazing experience ever before. Their service is super fast. We had a kitchen tap leaking and got it repaired within 90 Min. We had delays after the other during our new home construction so we had to get lease extended every few weeks and Edwin extended the lease just over the phone every time. So process was quick and hassle free. At the end Edwin offered us the periodic lease which was very helpful, not to mention that they were always available. Moving out/exit process was even easiest.
