I had some rare vinyl records and music collectables delivered, very professional service, they came right to my doorstep. The friendly delivery driver treated my parcel with great care which was highly appreciated because the items are irreplaceable.
I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a respectful and trustworthy delivery service.

After receiving emails they my parcel was arriving and waiting all day to no avail, the following day I made various phone calls to Interparcel and Allied Road Express who could not tell me where it was even with the Tracking Number or advise the freight company the parcel was transferred to . When making my own enquiries I was fortunate to speak with Jo who tracked the parcel spoke to Belinda (delivery driver) and advised would be delivered within 30 minutes. It sure was and with a smile .. thank you Jo and Belinda . customer service above and beyond.

Spent 90 mins on Fedex and TNT phones trying to get straight answers about a shipping problem. Went here and they answered all my questions and got my problem solved. THANKS GUYS!
