After the tram went in, the reduced cars and increased foot traffic have changed this place for the better. The cafés and the bookstores are much nicer places to be and it brings the two sides of the road together much better. Good spot

Easy access with light rail, bus station and plenty of underground parking,, many useful specialty shops , eateries plus library, college clubs, health centre

It is a busy place, has a lot of cafe's, the Shops are the same as the bigger Malls but nothing special about it.

Nice little space suited to exhibitions and festivals.
