Elsewhere has been my go to place since the day I got to know about it.
The Watermelon Long Island Iced Tea is a deal maker and the perfect drink to go through the night.
The techno gigs are just amazing and exactly what I need to ease through the week.
I would strongly recommend this place if you are rager 🫶🏽

These guys have created something special in my opinion. In the heart of superficiality and lack of depth- this place is full of heart, has community and is welcoming and accepting of whoever you are. The team are all amazing and I feel grateful this place exists. Big thanks to the team and keep up the great work ❤

Great staff, nice atmosphere, respectful patrons until around 1am when the yobbo club jumping crews moved in and killed the vibe with their macho incel energy. Only criticism of the club is that the headliner (Paco Osuna) played way too late (when the yobbos turned up).

Mate , what can I say about this bar . A cheeky little hidden bar that is absolutely phenomenal, me and my friend went here after seeing it from beer gardens and this place does not disappoint . To the bartender that gave us good recommendations for cocktails (didn’t get her name) to the lovely people at entry , great little spot . Definitely recommend coming here. As a local I know I will be coming back here time and time again

Very cool club. Lovely friendly punters here for the music. No fools with their shirts off. I'm an ex sound engineer and the sound is really clean. Powerful but the bass isn't boomy and the top end it not harsh. Someone has put effort into the setup. I may have had one beer too many. The bouncer approached me and I though it was all over, but he just handed me a nice cold glass of water! What a place :)

Best club on the coast, absolute institute for house music.

Been going since the days of gold coin entry. The only place on the Gold Coast worth going to in Surfers. The owners, the bar staff, the vibe, it's all worth it. Keep in mind, this place is not your usual nightclub, this is a place to boogie, drink watermelon flavored beverages and connect with people you won't meet anywhere else!

A vast majority of clubs have dress codes and entry fees. There are also people leaving reviews for not being a fan of the music genre which I do not understand as you can hear the music before you enter
Elsewhere checks all the boxes for a nightclub. There are two bars, wide selection of drinks to choose from, a light up dance floor, an outdoors section with smoking permitted, plus all staff at ‘Elsy’ are outstanding with their quality customer service

The best place for techno or deep house in Surfers Paradise. Doesn't quite have the production value of the mainstream clubs but does well in its niche.

A must for electronic music fans.

Trousers required for entry is an oddity as mentioned by others.

Great little club and very friendly staff. Was here on Sunday night and when I got to the top of the line I realised I had forgot my ID. The door man told me to run back to my place and get it then he let me skip the queue when I returned, they honestly could not have been any more friendly and down to earth. Bar staff were awesome too.

elsewhere is my favourite club to go to, wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff are all incredibly friendly and actually care about their patrons. Music is always amazing and the decor of the room is so individual to the club! I love this venue and will always come back

I really liked it :) I feel like the name suits it it definitely feels like it's elsewhere, the decor is interesting, I liked the lighting and the textures, lots of seating, big smokers area, the music was something else too, and not insanely loud like most places which I appreciated. I feel like you probably want to get there around 10-10:30ish to avoid the lines. I felt safe here and I'll definatly go back ❤

Elsewhere is one of my favorite places, deep techno opens friday, saturday and sunday. Nice and hot people , Saturday cover is 20 - 25 dollars.

Sunday 10 dollars my favorite day because is not quiet but not really crowed as Saturday.

Little bit undergrounds is a place to have Fun for sure

The vibes were awesome and the music was Amazing. Drinks are affordable and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Met a huge mix of people and different types but everyone was friendly and fun.

Fantastic place, no pretentious people... Most fellas were here for the line of clubbing and no top 40... House music all the way... Went on a Sunday and was still happening... Checked other places as well but definitely not as great as this one

The bands that played last night were awesome. Definitely get amongst it.

Where to go if music and atmosphere's your thing...club, live music, art shows or bar hangs in the outdoor area. Incredible sound where you want it to be with places you can easily have a conversation. Didn't enjoy nightlife on the GC until I found elsewhere, world class.
