100% believe the reviews! I checked it out after reading the reviews and looking for a local salon. Natsuko was absolutely lovely, took the time to listen & watch the Insta reels I brought. She took the cautionary approach to cut, blow dry then cut again. I will definitely return 🧡

I went with my boyfriend to fix the mess I did trying to had a haircut for him. The hairdresser laughed at us hahahaha but actually did a great job. You saved our lives! Paying $50 for the mess I did, totally worth it🙋🏻‍♀👍🏻

Had a great cut here. They were really busy so there was a wait, but they were so busy because they give good service. The price was affordable, and a good amount of time was spent on my hair to ensure I ended up with the style I wanted.

I’ve visited the salon a couple of times since it opened last year and during my last visit I went for a drastic hair cut from long hair to a short above the shoulders cut and Ikumi did an amazing job! I was so pleased with the result of the cut (and colour) and she checked in with me at every stage to be sure it was exactly what I wanted. The salon has that personal touch which I love! I already have my next appointment booked in :)

I had a fantastic experience at Biku Hair Studio! It was easy to send a message through the website to make a hair appointment with a very prompt response time. Although I was the only one there when I arrived I was still quickly sat down to get my hair washed - my hair felt so clean and the head massage was an extra bonus. Ikumi cut my hair and did a great job doing what I asked for and even styled a bit afterwards which I don't normally do. Price is comparable - even a bit cheaper - to other salons I have been to in the area for the same wash, cut and blow dry. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Biku Hair Studio to anyone who is looking for a hairdresser who is so warm and welcoming with amazing service!
