Fantastic service and very good teaching. My son went there without any knowledge came out with adequate knowledge to join kindergarten. As essential workers we needed to work, she was able to run the care throughout Covid and we could not thank her enough .
Facility was clean, healthy food was provided, very quick toilet training and variety of activities were provided. Overall we had a peace of mind when our son was in her care.

So unprofessional. Director called me on Sunday afternoon in very warm friendly conversation and we agreed for Wednesday tour for next year admission. So I had cancelled my Wednesdays appointments for her. Sunday evening, she sent a text message that she’s busy so not available for tour until 1 more month.
I said I’m touring other centres and they need commitment from me by next 1-2 weeks for next year admission. She suddenly said she’s busy so not available for tour until next year and told me not to contact her anymore. I’ve been touring many day cares and I have never encountered this UNPROFESSIONAL work ethic previously. I now agree with the previous comment below that she’s moody and would change her mind dropping your child off her list like a hot potato. I will ensure ACEQA will be aware of this

My nearly 1 year old was 'expelled' from care after 1 day. I had already explained that my son had never been away from myself, my partner, or my in-laws for a whole day before. She agreed to take him knowing this, assuming that we was a clingy baby. After 1 day she said that she was withdrawing his application as it was too hard with the other children, and she advised that I could re-enrol him from the age of 2, despite having a 17 month old there currently. I had just commended back at my job into full time employment on the day that she had withdrawn his enrollment which had left us in a bad position.
I would not recommend this care.
She seems really nice and motivated at first, but I have no doubt that she had no interest in trying to encourage a smooth transition into day care life for my son. She had bragged about having numerous people making enquiries about full time spots, and I sincerely believe that my son was wasting a spot in her care, so she removed him.
