Auto Masters Subiaco

Haven’t used AutoMasters for a while. Dropped my car off with a starting issue which they quickly diagnosed as a battery problem. What was a game changer for me was they texted a link to a video showing the testing of my car giving me confidence that it is a really issue. Fantastic addition to their service.

Great service. Dharman is an absolute legend. He had a look at my AC, told me what was wrong with it, plus extras on what else could/needs doing. He gave me some great advice, and went above and beyond what I was expecting. On top of that, it was free of charge. Could recommend Dharman and Auto Masters enough. Cheers.

Awesome service! Called to book my car for a much-needed service late on a Thursday and was in first thing Monday morning! They sent me a video of what needed to be done which is a first for me - it was good to see what they were looking at to be repaired/changed. The staff were very friendly and efficient and my car was so clean afterwards! Definitely recommend and will be returning :)

Dropped my 95 Corolla in for a timing belt and water pump replacement. Auto masters got the work done in a day for a good price. Highly recommended

Absolute legends! Pulled in on my way for a trip down south needing some urgent help. Dharman was super helpful and so lovely, even though they were about to close. So thankful - 100% recommend!

The guys here are bloody amazing! Called Friday at 3/4pm, had my car in by 10:30 Saturday morning, and they changed the bulb in my light so fast I didn’t even have time to walk to get a coffee! AMAZING! Appreciate you all so much! What a wonderful business! Amazing customer service and no hidden nasties (like most other mechanics) they are very upfront and honest and super friendly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 👏

Have been using the guys in Subi for a while now for several of our family cars of different makes and vehicle types and they are super helpful, reliable and always try to go that little bit extra. Customer service team/front of house is super friendly and nothing too much trouble.
Also, not being a car-guru, I feel they are trustworthy, not overcharging and doing things unnecessarily, which I have experience at previous auto shops. Highly recommend giving them a go.

I dropped in to organise getting my headlight fixed and they did it on the spot within 10 minutes. The team at Auto Masters Subiaco were very helpful and accommodating. I'll be going to them for my next car service!

The guys at Subiaco Auto Masters did a great job. I made a call & got my car in that day which was awesome. By the end of the day it was ready to go which was even better. My left indicator bulb had blown. I called up asking about a fix and Chris told me to come down and he’d fix it for free!! Turned up 5 mins later and Chris did exactly as he said. I now have a working indicator and didn’t spend a dime. 10/10 cheers Chris!

I popped in during a week day without an appointment to see if the guys could change my windscreen wipers for me. Done in 5 minutes and kindly didn't charge me for it - thank you for the great service.

I visited this particular store on impulse as I had a blown headlight, and was expecting to have to book it in however, the staff were extremely accommodating and were able to change it on the spot for me, saving me a lot of time and stress.
I'll be coming back here for further work and would recommend anyone looking to get work done to look no further than Auto Masters Subiaco.

I chose to use Auto Masters after receiving an extremely high quote from a Toyota dealer.
Being new to Perth I was nervous about using a new mechanic however Rob at Auto Masters Subiaco eased my nerves completely.
I was able to get my car in at short notice. The major service was complete on my car in great time and there was no faulting from the quote. I was kept well in the loop of the progress of the service and additional work required on the car going forward. Unlike other mechanics they outlined the additional work required but there was no push to have it done with the current service.
Rob was very friendly and I would definitely take my car back to his workshop.
