Went in to have my ear cups replaced for my Bose QC35’s, and was served by Ethan. He provided genuine customer service and his product knowledge is exceptional. Recommend a visit if you’re looking to buy anything audio related in Perth! Keep it up!

Happy, friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable on their stuff. Even after doing my research on items, they still provided their own information and details. More than happy to allow one to demo the products, even in-ear headphones. After all, audio sounds different to different people, and everyone has their own unique tastes on what they want.

I even got a bit taken off a product, because the demo unit was the only one they had available. Absolutely will shop again!

Addicted to Audio have always offered top tier customer service over my many years of novice audiophilia. Whether it's headphones, speakers, turntables, etc. these guys know what they're talking about and they'll go above and beyond consistently to make sure you get precisely what you want. The gear is top notch, but the service is even better.

"Addicted" is a good word for describing the experience in this shop. I've bought 3 items so far. The audio equipment is definitely for an audiophile or someone who appreciates crystal clear music. There were some good bargains in stock. Of which, I took advantage of. I am definitely returning to this store to purchase more equipment.

I had a set of headphones with a one of the drivers buzzing at certain frequencies throughout the range, so I went to see if I could get it replaced, or perhaps get another model. They allowed me to compare multiple headphones, and test to see if the issue occurred with the same model, there was very slight quiet resonance in general, most likely due to thin membrane in the models I was testing, however the loud and noticible resonance buzz wasn't present, which was the primary concern. I liked the sound of the headphone model I had the most, compared to other similar and more expensive models, so they swapped it out for me and allowed me to test it before leaving to verify the quality. Replacement of the headphones was easy and straight forward.

I lost track of time and definitely spent over an hour in there and they had no problem assisting me the whole time. I greatly appreciate their patience and service.

Rocked up unannounced to try and sort out if my Dac or Amp or was busted. Steven helped me out and was patient throughout the whole process and made sure I was all sorted and happy before I've left.

Very friendly salespeople who are very knowledgeable and never pushy. I've bought multiple pairs of headphones, DACs and speakers from them and every time it has been a positive experience. They are always happy to let you compare all the options within your price range, but they can get quite busy on weekends. Prices are usually the cheapest you will find in Australia

Came in pretty clueless just got some decent open backs. And wanted a amp was set on what I wanted. Was shown another option that was an amp and a dac. Sounds amazing. Super happy with the experience!! Even tho I spent more then I wanted I feel the extra money in my ears. Great Job guys awesome showroom feels like the barbagallo for audio 👍

Dropped in to listen to some audio equipment & Dan and his team were so welcoming and had some totally amazing systems set up in various listening rooms.
They listened to our needs and what we were looking for and demonstrated some really good equipment, which we hadn't previously considered. Dan eventually demonstrated some equipment which we were blown away, both my wife and I felt we hadn't heard anything that sounded so good before and are now seriously considering a purchase. They also had some really affordable DAC's and other brands which I hadn't seen any other business having available in Perth. The high-end systems were incredible.

We are very lucky to have a store like Addicted to Audio here in Perth. The staff are very knowledgeable and happy to offer up their thoughts and advice. The range of products is exceptional. I love that I can come in and just sit in a quiet room while sampling headphones and amps.

Have purchased pretty much all of my significant audio gear from these guys. Dan and Ethan are not only knowledgeable but incredibly patient and helpful. I've quite literally sat in the store for hours at a time trying out headphones and have never felt rushed or pushed out. Their expertise and customer service leads me to purchase from them all the time - even when there are cheaper alternatives internationally. If you're in the market for audio gear (any audio gear) in WA; visit these guys first - you won't be disappointed.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. This shop is not just for audiophiles with thousands to spend either. Even if your on a budget, check out this place before you go down to JBHiFi or Harvey Norman or what ever. Not just because they have good gear at good prices, but because the staff here are enthusiasts and you're not going to have to chase them around a giant store for 20 minutes to ask them a question only to have them just read what ever is on the back of the product packaging out to you like you didn't just read that yourself 10 times while you waited for a sales person to notice you. You deserve better than that, just go here first.
