Had to emergency last min print stickers for a wedding, a staff member named Cy from the printing section was lovely, and helped me print custom stickers and saved the day! All very fast as well

Very friendly and helpful staff! I came in when they were busy, took a second to get some help but everyone was rushing around so much its understandable. Team were very helpful in helping me find what i needed, definitely will be coming back! 😁

Today I arrived at the store just before closing. My mother is in palliative care and had requested some photos of family events. The staff assisted me in getting the photos done, well beyond what was required of them at close on a Sunday. Very much appreciated.

We had a great experience with Orpheus, fantastic help, he showed us better options and was very knowledgeable and helpful, we both felt like we made the right decision walking away thanks to his advice. Absolutely recommend that the managers recognise his diligence and attentiveness to customers.

Big thanks to the team, particularly Sela, who went the extra mile to help me out during a longer-than-expected last minute print job. Can't thank you enough, Sela! You guys are awesome!

Eve, from the second she greeted us, went about creating solutions, stepping us through the process, and eliciting a stunning result, all with a smile and gentle explanation so we could learn how to do the task next time.

I wish I’d gotten the girls name who was working in the photo print section but I came in a few days before Christmas and it was absolute pandemonium, you could forgive her being overwhelmed by customer demand and confusion but she displayed zen like calm, simplified each and every confusion into user friendly solutions and emanated patience in a very challenging environment. I can’t thank her enough or be more in awe of her

We were served by the lovely Hannah from Subiaco Officeworks. She was so amazing over the phone to begin with, and then went above and beyond for us when we were at the store. Soo appreciative of her, an absolute lifesaver! Thanks Hannah

Staff were extremely kind and helpful, and put in the extra effort for us to make sure we had a good experience. I was reading some other reviews for this store, and I see a common thread that people think that the staff here are there employees. All it took was some common courtesy towards the staff, and they were pleasant in return, and even allowed me to try multiple monitors with my laptop.
This store was great, and people need to stop being so entitled when trying to buy things, and expect things that aren't in the employees job description! Maybe try working in the service industry before you start complaining so easily.

Bought a mouse last week but decided to return later and changed to another mouse. The staff, Kay, is very friendly and patient. He helped me done the refund then done the price match of the other mouse.
Feel treated with respect, good experience.

Went in to Subiaco officeworks today to get some things for the office. I had to get some help and Dilah kindly assisted me. Couldn't find the carpet chair mat I was looking for on the shelf and she offered to check out back. Next thing I know, she's carrying out this heavy box containing the chair mats, opened it and I got what I wanted! Thank you for your quick and efficient assistance.

I was in desperate need of some cheap headphones and I saw a $9 paid of wireless headphones on clearance on the website. It said it was on stock at the Subiaco store.

I arrived omw to work and tried to find them but couldn't. There was in the end only one paid left mingled in with the new similar stock somewhere far off and strange. A
of the staff and most especially the young manager man and young checkout lady (I thiiink Fiona maybe?) were tireless and cheerful in trying to help me stubbornly get a deal.

They searched high and low and were very patient with me. Totally excellent customer service and I hope they can be acknowledged for their help. I don't know if I would be able to be as patient and kind with a customer that wouldn't quit. Thank you!

My favourite officeworks in Perth! Super sweet and helpful staff always greet and welcome you with their warm attitude. They always engage with my 1 year old too and always ask if I need anything. Their store manager is so sweet. I always choose this officeworks as everything is well placed and always spot a good bargain or reduced to clear item. Easy to a find parking too

I had hoped to email Officeworks head office directly but Officeworks website as well as it's telephone contact both at the 1300 number and at the Subiaco store made that very difficult and but for Nicole's excellent customer service I would have given up trying to provide this feedback.

I was at the Subiaco store on 17 Aug 2021 at around lunch time. There was a queue of 4 people at the printing and laminating section and Nicole was working alone. All 3 people ahead of me were very ably and efficiently assisted by Nicole and all 3 commented her about her efficiency. That makes the 4 of us. I hope Officeworks realises how much of an asset and a valuable employee she is to the company. Well done Nicole !!
