I’m always sceptical buying used vehicles, especially when it’s a 4 hour drive, but my son had been chasing a decent single cab ute for some time. I contacted Hot Spot autos thinking I’d get played with, but I spoke to Bill and he was fabulous with giving as much info as possible about the car. I was offered a live video tour from Bill, he stopped when he saw blemishes on the car and pointed them out. He was as helpful as he could be. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Derek who helped us straight away. Then Carl helped with all the paperwork, rego and payment. This was the best experience I had buying a car! Fred was very nice to deal with - was very informative, patient, not pushy at all and gave us a lot of peace of mind. Purchased my first non private used car here a few months ago. Had a few issues with the car when my local mechanic checked it over (which in hindsight I should have done before purchase) which the guys here had fixed no questions asked. The people I dealt with have been friendly and helpful from start to finish. I would use them again.

I recently bought a 2013 Nissan Ute from this dealer sight unseen. I live in Melbourne and saw the Ute advertised for a very keen price so I did not muck around and got in touch quickly. Val was excellent and gave me good information over the phone and was straight up about the vehicle. I paid a deposit and came to Sydney a few days later and drove the Ute home.

While I thought the vehicle and service were very, very good, I wanted to wait until I had the Ute checked out mechanically before I wrote a review. I was happy with Hot Spot Motors but you just never know.

Having now passed a Vic roadworthy test with not a single failed item, I can confidently say that I would not hesitate to deal with Val and Hot Spot Autos again, and trust them to deal with me honestly. Would recommend.
