Ciao Cafe & Cakes Queanbeyan

I ordered something from this cafe through Menulog. Driver forgot my daughter’s milkshake. Cafe called me, and told me what happened, and they delivered milkshake 5 minutes later, with some cakes for us. I’ve been here multiple times, everyone is always polite and nice, food is fresh, cakes are amazing! Please support this amazing business anytime you can!

I come here fairly regularly and there is always a varied selection of sweets and very good coffee. The vegetarian lasagne is delicious. Great service and great prices. There is a nice friendly and cosy atmosphere here and it's nice to see Ciao employs some young staff presumably in their first jobs- I remember struggling to find my first ever job so it's always good to see small businesses who are open to hiring when you are starting out!

Great fresh and healthy food. Was looking for somewhere to stop on my way to Thredbo rather than McD’s, and came across Ciao Cafe. Lovely food selection, great coffee, thank you staff!

Absolutely love Ciao Cakes in Queanbeyan! I have been there many times for breakfast and lunch and it has never disappointed.

I would definitely recommend the Italian Omelette for breakfast; it's light and fluffy and has plenty of filling.

The beef burger with the lot is also very yummy and a good size. Especially love how they caramelise the pineapple!

By far the best coffee in Queanbeyan, and also a very nice selection of cakes. I'd definitely recommend the caramel slice, it is absolutely sublime! Probably the best I've ever tasted!

Came to Ciao cafe & cakes Queanbeyan for breakfast whilst in town. Lovely little cafe with a massive selection of cakes and a small range of hot pies and sausage rolls. Staff were awesome and clearly this is the local for people because they knew everyone!! Coffee was really good and pie was great! Fast, reasonably priced and in a great location. Would highly recommend!

I asked for a last minute “Frozen” theme cake and it was just amazing! I can’t take the staff more! Everyone loved it and I was so happy to recommend “ciao cafe” to everyone!

By far the best quality food in or around Canberra. We frequent this cafe twice a week. Definitely give it a go!

I ordered my husbands birthday cake with a nice photo on it.
The cake was a 14" vanilla mud cake.
The decorations and photo were perfect, the cake was really nice and tasty, not too heavy.

Had a very filling brekky wrap and latte served by very lovely staff.

We come here for breakfast every time we head to Queanbeyan, we came in with a family of seven today. The food was tasty and plenty of it, the coffee and fresh juice was the best. The staff are friendly and the menu has plenty of choices. Fantastic

THANK YOU to the lovely, kind staff for being so accommodating to my order mix up. I accidentally forgot to ask for my smoothie to be made dairy free (I’m so used to making them myself and spaced out) and they happily made me a new one FREE OF CHARGE even though I insisted on paying again. The smoothie they made me was thick and delicious 🤤 and highly recommended..

Excellent coffee and cakes store located in Queanbeyan. Friendly service and good food. Delightful Cafe that is one of my regular spots.

They have GF options, and this is a GF mud cake we bought for a friend.

The most affordable cafe we have been to in a long time! Travelled from NSW & couldn’t believe a small coffee was $3.90. Back at home we pay a minimum $5 for a coffee these days! Bacon and egg roll was only $6.95! Again at home we pay $20+

I took a few small cakes from there the other day, they were really well made and kept the left over in the freezer, they turned into the best ice creams ever, which shows that the cream and other ingredients used were fresh and well put together.
Only thing I'd want to mention is that, it would be really great if they had smaller versions of their larger cakes or had slice options. As most of the time people would want to just try them out.

Ciao Cafe created a delicious vanilla gluten free birthday cake. The icing was fluffy and not sickly sweet. They also made me a gluten free toasted sandwich as I waited to get my cake.
