Great atmosphere. The food was very good. Staff were very friendly especially the lad from Galway ~ very chatty, laughing and joking with customers. Went on a Saturday night, band were great. Dance floor was packed.

Came here for lunch late afternoon on Tuesday and was very impressed with the food!

The chicken schnitzel lunch special had hot, fresh fries and crispy chicken. The roast meat roll had lovely, tender lamb and piping hot gravy (it burned my fingers twice it was so hot, but good!) the loaded fries with curry sauce was definitely the winner though. Full of flavor, packed with cheese!

One of the best meals we’ve had at surfers paradise! Very reasonable as well, all three dishes cost us 45 dollars and fed three of us with leftovers!

Excellent pub, live music went until very late and got the crowd going. Drinks are quite expensive but it’s Surfers. Bouncer was great, he was keeping such a good eye on the drunk creepy men and saw him remove multiple, nice to know as a female!

What a great pub. The food was really awesome. I had the Steak and Guinness Pie made on site, it had huge chucks of steak and the gravy was so tasty. I took my parents and friends from the UK and they loved it, especially the Guinness.
We’ll definitely be back!

On holiday with my sister. We came Tuesday 23rd to have a Parma around 7.. Was absolutely amazing! Even though after looking at the reviews, tossing between another place. We were not going to come. Reading about the disgusting behaviour from the security guard. But glad we came.
No security guard insight.

Beef & Guinness pot pie was incredible! Tasted nice and homemade. My partner had the steak and ribs which was also incredible. Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Great new Irish bar in town. The place has had a whole revamp, and looks very smart and functional. They have great staff, and serve food. There's a great deal on Sundays when they serve a roast for 12 dollar's, plus a pint of Guinness for 6. Happy hour Monday to Fridays 16:30 to 18:30, some beers down to 7 dollars, spirits only 6.
Great pub for all your sports, and also live music.

Sunday roast is an absolute ripper but this place is fabulous for a mid week meal too. Total comfort food with bags of flavour. The hotpot is a knock-out! Plus music, great beers and terrific friendly staff, and pool tables, which are open and usable, which, trust me is rare as at the moment.Happy hour is great too. Plus they do coffee, and it's cheap. And there's live music. To summarise, just love evenings here. They're great 👍
Update 10-04-22 just took the family for Sunday roast, still great venue, great value, great entertainment, great service

I should have rated this way sooner. But the Sunday dinner on boxing day was just brilliant. Service is always great, particularly from a manager who has short curly hair. He Was working boxing day with a santa hat. Always remembers me and it just makes service personable. Empty or full the venue manages to achieve some form of atmosphere. It was empty before and I asked for the TV volume on. No dramas straight onto sport sound. Made my time on GC that bit better.

Great pub food in the heart of Surfers Paradise on Caville Ave.
Good range of traditional Irish Pub food.
1st lunch I had their was their Finn Burger. Very good
2nd lunch tried to order the Beef and Guiness Pie but they said they ran out and were waiting for more to be delivered...
Had the Steak sandwich which was awesome! Better than the burger!

Great friendly staff, put the AFL footy on for you, Robin the Duty Manager was fantastic. When on the GC, this has been my go to pub for 10 years. Great meals and cold XXXX Gold. The place to be!

Genuinely some of the best pub food I've had, enjoyed the sunday roast, even liked the carrots, the Yorkie is crisp and buttery, the gravy is super savoury and rich the meat was cooked to perfection and the potatoes were fluffy and crispy, so often roast dinners at pubs are subpar but this really passed all my expectations. the venue itself was so cosy and the lack of bright white light made it much nicer to eat in, only complaint is that the speakers for the singer were up WAY too high and we were right next to them, good artist though:)

Having Kilkenny Ale on Happy Hour makes this place one of the best Irish pubs in the Gold Coast. And the food and service is good too.

What's not to like about an Irish Pub. Good drinks, good atmosphere and plenty of space
