Today I had a great time with Dr. Anelisa Dazzi (it's always a good time with her) and the nurse Katie. They both provided an amazing explanation of the procedures, were very respectful and made my appointment much better. Thanks for the good job!

I have been attending this centre for around 11 years, followed when they moved sites, seen a variety of drs, both the Gp side and the skin cancer clinic, overall I have had great experiences, the drs have mostly always been great, the reception staff from across the road Linda and Sue? And the newer ones including Suzanne who I think manages? are always polite and a nice thing to see when walking in the door even when phones ringing, it’s disgusting to see how other patients treat them and berate them across the counter! They are just doing their job!
The nursing staff are always happy to help and insightful with their care and follow up and I usually see the same faces around of Katie Karen and Toran both in skin and the general practice side and a few new faces from time to time. Only negative is sometimes the doctors are booked out in advance but I guess the silver lining is that means they are good doctors!
Overall a pleasant experience for my family time and time again. I continue to attend this clinic after moving away as I was not able to find one closer to me with the same values and vibe.

I love love love this medical centre. The staff are so sweet, understanding and welcoming. They act with great respect for each and every client as well as their own co works. All the doctors are extremely helpful and I 100% recommend this centre. I will be certainly coming back for any health issues I may have.

I have been seeing dr Carter and dr sumitomo for a few years, both always give great care, along with the nurses Toren, Karen and Katy for various reasons from vaccinations and sports injury dressings, they are also really nice and polite. The long term reception staff like Linda and the Suzanne’s have always worked around my school/work schedule to get me appointments and as a whole it’s a great medical centre. And the online booking system and text reminders are a great help also.

Both were always extremely professional and understanding throughout my treatment. Ensuring I was comfortable and explaining the processes and answering my questions

Visited the centre a few months ago, was very impressed with the clinics cleanliness. Was looked after by nurse Toren who was exceptionally professional and respectful. Very happy with my visit and will be back for any future appointments.

Great experience with both the receptionists and medical staff. Receptionists were organised, helpful and attentive. Medical staff were friendly and knowledgeable, assisting with any questions I had. Overall great experience and would recommend to others.

Dr Kazuki Sumitomo treated both myself and my husband while on holidays in the Gold Coast recently and his level of care and attention to detail was great. In both cases as a direct result of his care we received timely essential treatment that would have been too late if we'd waited to get home. We are very grateful.

Dr Carter has looked after my family for over 12 years (from my father down to my 4 children) I can rely on Dr Carter for every issue with full confidence.

I recently suffered deep cuts to my fingers and walked in to the Mermaid Beach Medical Centre looking for help. Dr Sumitomo was amazing attending to my injuries quickly and professionally. The nursing staff and receptionists all showed incredible concerns and made me feel so cared for. My return checkups we’re equally high level treatments. I can’t praise them enough. Thank you.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 12 years I have always found the girls courteous and very helpful and very caring. I have personally shared sad and happy tears with them and they care for their clients. My main doctor is Simon Carter who is excellent with all my family including my 88-year-old father. He’s always very patient and straight to the point and very knowledgeable. I have seen other doctors in the centre and they are equally just as courteous caring and knowledgeable. I have a medical Centre closer to my home but absolutely prefer these guys

Wonderful medical centre! Reception staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Doctors are excellent, genuinely caring and passionate about helping people. The nurses are also amazing, creating a calm, happy and relaxed environment. Not your average medical practice, this facility offers an extensive range of services in a welcoming, clean and vibrant setting with easy access to off-street parking and pathology services next door. Very grateful to have this fantastic amenity in our community - support local 👍

So impressed by this modern, well equipped medical center and the staff. The beautiful doctor went above and beyond in my treatment. I felt valued and listened to which was very important for me. The waiting room is spacious so I didn't feel like I was squashed in with other people's germs. A distance from my home but 100% worth travelling for quality medical care.

Great expertise and care. This clinic offers all round excellence from the front desk to outstanding GPs, a world-class skin clinic and a well-equipped treatment room with terrific nurses. I’ve been a frequent flyer here for many years - from bringing my kids when they were young, to my own care now. Never anything but kindness and professionalism.

This practice, which l have attended for nearly 30 years through 3 changes of venue, has always been a pleasure to visit. Reception staff are courteous and helpful, doctors offer a wide variety of services. The waiting room is large and airy.Pathology is next door, and there are plenty of Imaging Centres close by. I appreciate their strict adherence to mask-wearing, in the interests of containing Covid and Flu spread. Well done!

I was recently recommended to go to Mernaid Beach Medical Centre for a skin check. I was very impressed right from the girls at the front desk who were friendly and efficient to the lovely lady doctor who came out to greet me and was very professional and informative. .
The whole place was refreshingly clean , calm and a pleasure.
I will definitely go back there.

I’ve just had a recent skin check and small biopsy at this medical centre. Dr. Salkeld was very professional, informative and efficient. The reception staff on the front desk were extremely accommodating and friendly. Definitely a medical practice I would recommend to my family and friends!

I was incredibly fortunate to become a patient of Dr.Carter's about 7 years ago and only ever had positive experiences. I have gone to him with a very diverse range of problems, which he has always met me with the time to listen and help me find a solution no matter the problem. I have genuinely never met a more caring, personable, genuine doctor. There have been times with an extensive wait, but that is because he gives each patient the quality care they deserve. I could not recommend Dr.Carter enough as a doctor.
And the ladies who regularly work at reception that I have met are Gerta, Linda, and Sue and I think they do a great job helping the patients and being personable. Being a receptionist can be a tough job because you can be met with a lot of challenging people, and I think the team here does a great job!
