I have been seeing Dr Joanne McClean since I was a child, she also see's our whole family! I cannot recommend her highly enough!
I have also seen other doctors at the clinic and they have all been wonderful - everyone there is so compassionate and always attends to mine and my families needs. The receptionists are great and always greet me with a smile, some of them we are on a first name basis and that's what also makes the clinic great, it's like you're apart of their work family. Keep up the great work everyone!

In the past 10 years since moving into the area of have tried all the main local doctors and these are the standout.

After a miss diagnosis of appendicitis by 2 separate Eltham doctors I ended up in emergency with a burst appendix and will never again accept sub-standed medical treatment.

They don't bulk bill but they payoff is that they take the time and care to do through examinations.

I can't thank everyone here enough for the care they have given my whole family. I wish all GPs took the pride that you do in the care of their patients.

Dr. Joanne McClean was a great help to me in both of my pregnancies. Thankyou so much for your knowledge, help and friendly, funny and light hearted approach.

Friendly and welcoming with nice nurses and doctors. It’s not a bulk billing practice and they’re not afraid to charge you if you stay a bit longer.

Very friendly, efficient and professional service. Pathology in the clinic. No bulk billing though.
