Red Cross Shop Bridge Road Richmond

This is my favorite opp shop in Melbourne, I use to live close by but even now that I have moved to Glen Iris I still make a trip out 2-3 times a year to do a big shop. The quality is so much better than most opp shops, they are reasonably priced and if you want a special or designer item and are happy to pay more they have a great range of brand new and designer options. I highly recommend popping in and giving yourself a solid hour or so to go through everything. The staff are lovely too!

I really enjoyed the rummage through the miscellaneous items at the entry of the store. Customer service was friendly. Lots of brand new stock if that's your thing. Prices are pretty good for Red Cross. Will happily return.

Great variety of clothing and shoes.
Separated into categories, fairly easy to search through for sizes in the men's section- women's section would benefit from a petite section and a plus size section.
Designer sections for men and women.
Friendly helpful staff.
We purchased men's business shirts and mens shorts

I was there yesterday to do a little opshopping and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member. He was courteous and helpful. I only have compliments to say about the other staff member too, especially the young lady who helped me cleaned the mess that I made (I dropped a saucer plate by accident!!). Thank you very much for your help and keep up the good work! Plus, they have beautiful products here and of course, at a great price!

Hands down the BEST op shop for great quality clothing, accessories, books, games, dvd's, candles, home wares and other cool stuff.
The displays in this store are always inspiring. There is some serious talent working/volunteering here.
The DESIGNER sections are HUGE and there is also a massive section of clothes that are under $15 (mostly $7 and $10)
Ladies you are so lucky - you get so many choices when you go op shopping. Well gents, this is the one you want to come to if you want more than 2 racks to choose from.
The men's section is almost a third of the shop which is so much more space than any other op shop ever has for guys.
This shop is like FIGHT CLUB! No one talks about it.
Can you guess why? Because they don't want to share all the goodness.

Hands down the best quality hand me down clothes and prices you'll find in Melbourne. Why? It's Bridge Rd, when the suppliers down the street can't sell their top quality products, they drop them here. I bought a pair of jeans for $30 with tags, which retail for about $120 plus.

Gina and her memorable voice will ask you if you need any help as soon as you have an item in your hand.

This places also trains people to work who may not have the opportunity elsewhere.

Wandered in while waiting for another appointment and was blown away by the range and quality of the womens clothes. Super helpful staff and I walked away with an amazing bargain - if you’re after formal wear then this is your place!

i volunteer at this op shop and anita the manager at this op shop is so so good to work with she makes the job fun instead of a chore she is so so friendly and she encourages u and compliments u and has a good happy energy and vibe about her makes it fun to work there and i feel motivated to work there and i have heard some of the other staff say the same about her too and margret the other manager at this Red Cross op shop is such a nice lady she is fun to chat too
