Otta Grocer

Great experience with Otta Store- today in my Uber Eats delivery an item was missed and Uber customer service were totally useless in helping me. I called the store directly and the manager personally delivered the missing item (I live over 20 minutes from the shop). Amazing service!!

The store has an excellent range of premium healthy products. It may be a little more expensive but I like to shop local at a small family business rather than the large conglomerates. The staff are always helpful and friendly

Otta is just what our hood needed. Right on guys! Mixture of regular produce and gourmet produce both at very competitive prices. Best Christmas present the neighbourhood could receive during these tough times, especially for people wanting to bypass the big supermarkets and support local business. I had some special requests which were met with great enthusiasm and without any fuss. All suggestions were taken with great spirit and seriously by the owners and staff. If what you want is not there, just speak up! Keep it local, keep it safe and keep it convenient. I am over the moon with this wonderful store and its super friendly service. .

This place rocks! I practically do all my shopping here now as the produce and products available have always been the best around for a reasonable price. Defs worth checking out in person but also checkout the Uber grocery specials 😉

Love the shop, the produce, the prices, the always fresh nuts, the freshness of the deli bar offerings, the Lebanese pastries, and the huge range of packaged goods and essential household items. Look forward to shopping here again soon.

Beautiful boutique grocer just opened on Bridge road. Great variety of high quality fresh foods, pre Packard things as well as your everyday essentials. Clean,well layed out and easy hours too
