Coles Richmond Traders

The long wait is finally over! And glad to say it was well worth it. It’s spacious, aisles a wide and the shop is well thought out. Plenty of self serve checkout counters. Love the fact it’s open till midnight; the only one in the area that opens that late.

The deli section looks top notch and the Asian and international aisle has plenty of options.

I had the pleasure of James assisting me and he went above and beyond the call of duty. He was at the front counter and how lucky are you to have such a wonderful staff member.Always happy to help with whatever you need. Well done James

I think its the biggest supermarket in richmond/ abbotsford.....and it stays open till 12 midnight which is great. It got a good variety of almost everything you'd need.

Spacious, alot more variety than other Coles I’ve been to, underground parking available.

Lots of parking, a great bakery, butcher, greengrocer, coffee, wine store and large supermarket, never too busy so loads of room to move.

This coles is a fairly new store. It's clean, and bright, with friendly, helpful staff. It has a massive range of everything you'd expect a Coles supermarket to have and more.

Nice store to purchase all kind of product.
You can find all types of groceries and products in this Coles.

New and improved Coles. Fresh produce and meat sections are great.

Richmond Traders a safe secure and premium shopping centre where even the car parks are wider than normal. Excellent Pharmacy and food stores complement Coles perfectly.

Wanted to give a shout out to Store Manager Daniel for helping me out last night. It took a hot minute to get there but he really went above and beyond to assist me in the end and the world would be a better place if more people acted with this level of compassion.

I used to live in the area and went here out of convenience only but the store was average. I was in the area just recently and needed a few things so stopped by and it has drastically transformed. Very nice store now

This is not a massive shopping centre like Knox City. But for an inner city location like Richmond, it's surprisingly big, and more shops are being added within the centre.

Coles itself has everything you'd expect.

The non-Coles butcher is VERY expensive and doesn't accept cash (it's card-only) ... which I've found to be a bother. But its meats, rissoles, and sausages are fresh and fabulous. They also have a freezer of pies and quiches that are better than anything I've ever had. Try the pumpkin & fetta pie/quiche. It's amazing.

The fruit & veggie shop - DeMaria's - is excellent. Fresh, plentiful and well-priced. I shop there daily and love it. You can also get fruit & veggies from Coles, but DeMaria's quality and freshness is way better.

The cafe I frequent within the centre is Au79 Cafe. I've had a few mediocre experience with it, but by far most of the time, both the coffee and the food are great. And the staff are outstanding. Super nice and always courteous and professional.

Having grown up in Richmond -- from the days it was mainly migrant families (like mine!) and factories, I'm delighted that we now have such an extensive, diverse, well-designed shopping centre here. And the shops I've mentioned are just a small portion of the total!

Oh, and yes, there's plenty of parking at this shopping centre.

Fantastic new Coles. Completely renovated. Very modern

Awesome, great size and range, super clean and never seen frozen bags of veggies stacked so neatly.

Deli has some cool stuff like fresh pasta.

Logical store layout. Richmond Icon store is great but this was another step up.

The side streets have free two hour parking so easily accessible.
Excellent variety of groceries.

One of the largest Coles supermarkets I've been to since Super Kmart and Pick'n'Pay.

An extensive range of groceries, very few items that are out of stock.

Staff are always extremely helpful and friendly.

Impressive! A modern Coles with a decent range. Extra wide aisles appreciated. Friendly and informative staff at the checkouts a bonus. Like.

Honestly this supermarket is a disappointment compared to the previous one that was closed to allow for the new one to be constructed. It's too dark, the ceilings are too high like a barn and the same sort of things are not grouped together, for example the margarine & butter are located amongst the meat and no where near the other diary or spreads. Also the fruit juice is bizarrely located in a few different places but not all together.

Love the new coles.
Lots of space and stock however there is a lot of theft I witness at the self checkouts when I’m there.
Staff should catch on this as it’s obvious.
