Recently relocating to a new town and supporting the local business’s I couldn’t have made a better choice.

I was looking for and in urgent need of a 2024 Ford Everest. Within short time Ford Valley made this possible despite the shortage of vehicles on the market place.

Valley Ford has an exceptional customer service and support. Great communication with the sales rep and the principal dealer from the time contract was signed to delivery.

They went above and beyond their duties in providing me a car to drive around whilst they encountered a slight delay in the delivery at no extra cost.

The Valley Ford Dealership, also sharing space with Hyundai, offers a welcoming and efficient car-buying experience, particularly appealing to customers seeking to avoid long wait times prevalent in metropolitan dealerships. I just picked up my Ford Ranger Raptor, and instead of waiting about 12-15 months in Perth, I received my delivery in less than 6 months from signing the contract.

Despite operating with a small team, especially on weekends, the dealership maintains a professional and attentive atmosphere. They also maintain a good inventory of vehicles, offering a wider selection than expected in a rural location.

Due to dealer allocations, the dealership can often secure vehicles with significantly shorter wait times compared to metro dealerships, especially during periods of extended lead times. The sales representative/manager provided consistent and timely updates, responding promptly to emails and making phone calls for urgent matters. The dealership maintains a clean and well-kept environment, reflecting a commitment to professionalism.

While the overall experience was positive, the lack of a traditional celebratory gesture like a bow atop the vehicle could be disappointing for some customers, particularly those valuing such details. Expanding the staff, especially on weekends, could improve efficiency and customer service.

Regarding their familiarity with the vehicle, particularly in the context of the delivery and setup of the infotainment and phone integration features, the staff exhibited a comprehensive understanding of the requisite tasks. This proficiency ensured a seamless and efficient process.

Consider the dealership's rural location when evaluating wait times as it may be slightly longer than urban dealerships. The shared space with Hyundai may not appeal to customers seeking a brand-specific experience.

Overall, Valley Ford Dealership offers a positive car-buying experience characterized by efficiency, good communication, and fast turnaround times. However, potential customers should be aware of the limited team size and consider the importance of traditional delivery gestures to their purchase experience.

Have been here a few times while doing work trips and had some hoses burst an seen the parts interpreter who was verry helpful and helped me as best he can. how ever Tony always comes out to abuse and bully his team members and I've seen him treat some of the lady's like absolute garbage customer or staff i did report what I witnessed an angry Korean man who has no respect aswell and uses non genuine parts for repairs and services. He needs to be moved on.

Friendly local service. Purchasing a new vehicle was a breeze and handover was very thorough. Thanks :)

Outstanding! Last week I was on a road trip from Perth to Narembeen when a warning went off in my Everest. I pulled into Valley Ford and they were extremely busy and didn't have the part on-hand that I needed. To cut a long story short, Lilly and Emily from the branch could see how stressed I was so they spoke to the dealer principal who let me take one of their vehicles for 24 hours. I returned the following day, the part had arrived, my car was fixed and the guys there proved to me that there is still room in this world for bloody great service. Thank you Valley Ford!
