My daughter got her 12mnt shots yesterday. The receptionists are fantastic and so nice and polite 😁 the nurses are the best! There happy atmosphere made it easier to give my bub her shots and calm her down after 😁 10/10

Never have I ever had the experience of such a wonderful medical centre. The receptionists are so friendly and caring. Dr Mariam Herz is an incredibly kind and understanding doctor who makes an effort to build rapport with you and support you. This the first time in my adult life that I've met such a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend Cunninghame Arm Medical Centre.

They got my son in quickly when I needed it and when I couldn’t even get him in at the clinic we’re usually patients at. Couldn’t thank them enough. Booking was easy, as was setting up as a new patient and the dr was so lovely and gentle with my baby boy.

Staff are always courteous. GPs I’ve seen have been extremely caring and supportive. I particularly rate Dr Tadrous highly, though have concerns he works too many hours.

Dr James was so professional, thorough and very nice making me feel very comfortable and less stressed! Also the reception staff were very nice & helpful all in all a great medical clinic.Thanks.

Love our local clinic! Importantly, the reception staff are excellent, if you explain your situation they do their best to help you, and don't just fob you off. The nursing staff are also #1 and so are the doctors. Have to thank Dr Broom for picking up Max's artery issues - the specialist told Max he must have an excellent GP to have referred him so quickly, it saved his life.

A lovely receptionist was able to book me in, as I was in desperate need of a doctor. Jenni was caring and helpful, whilst being very efficient! Dr Ran was so caring and I feel she really knew what I needed, when I didn’t know myself. But I was in a bad way! Thank you!

The receptionist, nurses and doctors working at Cunninghame Arm Medical Centre are absolutely brilliant!. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and give you a thorough understanding of what is required to get you back on track. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. First ever visit to Cunninghame Arms Medical Centre and it was great, the staff are friendly and greet you with a smile, the doctor was excellent and informative, explained things so that I understood what he was doing and why.

I am so lucky to have such professional support from Dr Campbell and the team at Cunningham Arm Medical! I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful clinic!

I was seen promptly and the Dr I consulted understood my medical situation and has provided me with a thorough investigation to ensure the reason for condition is resolved as soon as possible.

Gladly I am much better this morning after taking on the advice of Rose and getting the extra medication over the script.

My Wife Jean & I treasure the friendly & professional service we always experience whilst visiting this wonderful clinic. It is most comforting to receive this level of service at a rural clinic, we both feel safe living in East Gippsland, knowing we will not have to leave in order to receive such a wonderful service. Staff always helpful and efficient. After consultation with my doctor, slotted me in to a full schedule yesterday to deal with a matter that was causing me concern and that I felt had the potential to be very serious. Five Star.

A combination of the good old fashioned friendly and attentive country doctor with all the modern services.
Today was my first visit. After a very short wait, my new GP greeted me by name, engaged me deeply and listened, responded and provided immediate follow up.
This experience was a complete opposite of the rushed, stressed impersonal experience I was used to in the city. Happy!
