Rowanos Restaurant - Chirnside Park

We had an absolutely delightful dining experience at the Italian restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the cozy ambiance and warm welcome set the tone for a memorable evening. The menu was a culinary journey, offering a wide array of delicious dishes, bursting with flavor. this restaurant is a must-visit!

What a find! Was staying in Lilydale and found this wonderful restaurant! Food was absolutely delicious! Wine selection was great too! Husband had local craft beer from the Yarra Valley which he really enjoyed! Highly recommended this restaurant! Will be back.

We are visiting from overseas and just picked this by searching for places nearby on google maps. My husband called and made reservations. Had no idea what to expect, but we feel we found a gem! I had a lovely meal there tonight my husband. He ordered the lobster and scallop risotto and I had the seafood crepe! Both absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s located in a strip mall, and from the outside it was difficult to find at night - so glad we found it!

Always have a fantastic meal, the staff are awesome. It is noisy as he'll but totally worth it. They never disappoint and we always go the their for special days whether it be Mothers Day, Birthdays and anniversaries.

Never disappoints us for food, service and pleasant and happy staff. We love our pizzas, salads and pastas. Our special favourite is the sticky date pudding. It’s great to share as it’s very large. Our favourite.

Absolutely love the food here! One of my favourite restaurants, however please please bring back the chicken Americana!!! I would pay double to have that meal again 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Wonderful food, great staff and great ambience. Loved the patata, crispy halloumi starters. The chicken and chorizzo risotto was amazing. The tiramisu was served very differently, but turned out good. All in all a great Italian place at Lilydale. Recommend definitely.

We had our anniversary dinner at Rowanos in Chirnside Patk. Had the loveliest evening with great staff, delicious food and nice atmosphere. We can only recommend the place. The menu choices are great and quality of food excellent.

No idea what all the one star reviews are about, they all seem very suspicious. This place is incredible. Food is amazing and staff are on the ball. Second dine in experience, left exceptionally satisfied.

Just went to Croydon South and the girls were great and the pizza was fantastic. I only had to ask and they have done it exactly how I liked it lightly done. Will be back again.

Appetising menu with great range of dishes. Our group of 5 all enjoyed our various dishes; lamb (cooked to perfection sweet tender & rare), steak, vegetarian, pasta, chicken. Veg. sides fresh local produce. Desserts to die for
we tried them all between us. The cocktail 2 for 1 deal excellent value. The prices were a very pleasant surprise compared to my home in NSW. Will definitely dine here when I visit next.. The staff were attentive & eager to please.

Went by there a couple of weeks ago and was astonished by the service and food, brilliant cannelloni and delicious cocktails!! The perfect place for a lovely dinner <3

Don't need the menus as we adore the bruchetta, parma and carbonara, and share all three dishes between us.

Holy goodness there was a lot of garlic in the carbonara tonight, which was awesome. The bruchetta's bread was also toasted a bit more than usual, which supported the toppings through to the last bite.

The parma size was great and thick, and perfect bubbly browning of the cheese, with your magically fluffy yet crispy chips to the side and not underneath.

Absolutely 10/10. Cheers!

Delicious food and lovely people who are most obviously a core part of the community in the area. Their pizzas are incredible but would love them to offer a thin crust version

Really enjoyed this place! We often order takeaway pizzas from there but we decided to sit in this time. I ordered canneloni, someone else ordered pizza, and theres also gnocchi. Some of us ordered other things as well. My canneloni was very tomatoey, which was fine! Its supposed to be. The margharita was really nice! And the gnocchi was SO GOOD, i wished I had ordered that one. Extremely nice restaurant, i will be back !

Nice place for dinner. Friendly service. We wait for food slightly longer than usual but it was so tasty - I don't mind to wait a bit for something like that. Wine selection fit to liking, aver all happy time. Thanks for very good evening.

The seafood crepe was excellent. Lovely staff and great service and rack lamb in pistachio and balsamic was delicious. Highly recommend

A simply fantastic experience tonight at Rowanos. Impeccable service and brilliant foods. Speedy service, hearty meals, outstanding deserts. Loved it and highly recommend. Sat in big group, had plenty of time to sit and talk, and get photos. Accomodating from start to finish. Will return.

Omg, this place is amazing. Wasn't what I was expecting. The food was delicious and the staff are so kind and always on the floor to help you with orders and drinks. I'm not from the area so we didn't know where to go but we are so happy we chose this place ❤

Props to the team at Rowanos Chirnside Park, not only do they cook fantastic food. But they also kept my daughter's cutlery that we carelessly left behind a week ago!
