Cold Rock Ice Creamery Wantirna

We went to Cold Rock Wantirna last night after a school concert. There were a couple of customers there when we arrived but in no time there was about 20 people in the shop.
The 2 young girls were amazing. They handled the crowd very efficiently including changing scoops etc. for our anaphylaxis grandson.

A five star experience, would give 50 stars if I could. I felt very appreciated as customer, a real fine dining experience. Zoe served me and I felt very welcome, my ice cream was delicious and I believe she should get a raise by 100% no less. Give Zoe a promotion

Ice cream 🍦 is really good but I recon add-on should not be charged . I think I am going to have to try every single flavour here as what I have tried so far have been delicious. So far I have only tried the honey 🐝 comb however my friend has tried the Guerrero rocher flavours and has recommended how great they are with mix with chocolate 🍪 & toblerone tasty superb. High quality of service from girls 💁 ☑😍.

The people who served me were so so nice! The lady let me try the flavour so I knew if I liked it. She mixed my desired toppings into my ice cream very well. The icecream flavours are good. I recommend. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. So satisfied

Always great and friendly staff, and amazing ice cream! Recently lost my wallet though I didn't know I had left it there. The next day, to my surprise, the owner shows up at my house to drop my wallet off to me. Love this place!

Was served by two pretty and tall girls and they were so sweet and courteous at 8pm tuesday. Made me feel very welcome.

It's ice cream, in all different flavors, open til late. What more can you ask for?
Actually, it'd be nice If it wasn't so expensive, but it is a luxury and only for 'every now and then' .. The Ferrero Rocher is the absolute best...

Love cold rock, delicious ice cream flavours & mix ins provide great variety. Staff are always good & load up your cone/cup too

Love the flavours they have and the different ways you can have your favourite ones with mix ins. They also do ice cream cakes too.

Amazing service! Briana was really good to deal with and good customer service, even delivered missing items from a online order to make sure we got it! 🥰

Good service. Only thing is they have a $10 minimum on card, and can feel a bit over priced depending on who serves you.

Amazing place. Mix your favourite ice cream flavours with your favorite mixings! How could that be bad!
