Dr Gene Jingwei Ling at Norwest General Practice gives such great care and professionalism at every visit. Been visiting the center for my entire family regularly seeing other Doctors too and their service is excellent. The doctors greet you with such a heart warming smile!

Visited Shahib Samadi - Optometrist, at Norwest General Practice for the first time and my wife and I are very pleased with the way he explained and the care he took. I had consulted others previously for the past 30+ years, and this is exceptional. We are very happy with the service provided.

A very modern, spacious and clean practice and plenty of seating. There is also a Synergy radiology located inside the practice.
The staff are friendly and there is numerous doctors at hand. We love seeing Dr Aaron who has an infectious personality and has extensive knowledge in medicine and geniunely cares about his patients.

It took a while to find a doctor in the Hills that I trusted. I have been seeing Dr Jeremy Tham for the last few years and can not fault his professionalism and care. Highly recommend. On occasion I have had to see other doctors and they are also professional and thorough.

Easy to book appointments online. Many doctors available. My doctor is very attentive and explain all the pros and cons. She also monitors my various tests dates.

Easily one of the best doctor's surgeries with friendly, helpful staff and the fact that I usually get to see my GP at or near the appointed time shows how well patients visits are monitored to ensure each patient doesn't have to wait too long. And my GP, Dr Aaron Tan is an outstanding doctor, caring and very good at looking after his patients.

I have been attending this practice for approximately 5 years & during that time I have found every doctor to be very caring & knowledgeable. It's very hard to say which doctor I prefer as every doctor as wonderful as each other. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for doctors who are nothing but the best.

Visited with Dr Jeremy for my son. So appreciated the way he treated my 10-year-old son - with respect, friendliness, and genuine care for his wellbeing, not just treating him as another number. Thank you for great service!

Dr. Chi is one of the best GPs who can speak both English and Korean.

After years looking for a good GP I finally found my family doctor. Dr Michelle Leung is caring, super knowledgeable and thorough.
Norwest General Practice has a pathology centre, physio and other services, which make our lives much easier. I recommend the Practice to everyone who is looking for a great health service.

I have visited at least 5 different GP's at this practice over the last 5 years. They are always attentive, supportive and happy to see you. This is everyone including the receptionists, GP's, specialist workers (phlebotomists etc.) and people in the attached Pharmacy. I would highly recommend this practice and connected services to anyone in the area. A well managed and executed service. The easiest 5 stars i have ever awarded.

My family and I (including my grandbabies )have been attending this practice for 10yrs now and I honestly can not speak highly enough of the place. Dr Koh has been our family doctor and he is always very friendly and compassionate :) Would highly recommended Dr Koh as he is excellent with patients of all ages !

Could not recommend this practice more, especially Dr Tham. I have seen him since I was 3, I’m now almost 30 and moved almost an hour away. I still will only ever be 100% comfortable with any medical related advice, if I have spoken with Jeremy about it first!

Thank you my experience was super efficient, Dr Susan Beattie is the best Dr I have ever had. The pathology team are always efficient and provide an excellent service.

We have been seeing Dr Aaron Tan for the last few months as a new family. He has been the most compassionate, kind and thorough GP we have come across. Cannot speak highly enough of him.

Timothy Ting is an awesome doctor. 10:30 appointment meant 10.30 and not keeping you waiting like other practices do. Really clean and organised practice, receptionist was really helpful to set up future appointment.Dr Ting is very good at listening your concerns. Best doctor I have ever met.

Excellent service by Dr Udara Gunawardane, quik easy and simple. Hate having to pay the gap at a GP, not sure why i have 1000's in taxes though. This one did not cost me.

Was able to get an appointment when we needed it. All staff were friendly and helpful. Drs were good, thorough and helpful. Dr Alison Was great with my toddler. Thanks for your care and help.
