Giant Chemist Harbour Town

Absolutely sensational experience. Purchased a bottle of perfume online. I received a call saying they're out of stock, and that they will be sending a gift set, which included the perfume, for the same amount! Brilliant.

My first time at Giant Chemist today, I had a really positive experience with three different staff, one helping me with general question, another with extra stock on the shelf, and the lady at check out.

They were extremely helpful and will be back for sure!

I was so happy to find my medication here. There’s a shortage nation wide and thankfully I didn’t have to try too many chemists this time to get my script filled. This is a huge chemist that has a lot of items to choose from and everything is reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and gave me all the assistance I needed. Would be so happy to come back here again.

Giant chemist is great for any medical aids. They have a large variety and everything you need if you have injured yourself.
The Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. We had Krystal come and assisted us, who gave us great tips and advice regarding a brace for myself.
If you cannot find someone at your local chemist it is worth the drive to this store as it most likely will have it available.

My daughter and I had the Best experience with Amanda today who assisted us in purchasing skin care products. She's personable, friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. She took time for us to ask the questions we needed and I want to publicly commend her for her efforts!

This chemist has such a vast variety of products and everything I need in the one place. The staff are all so lovely and helpful.

Totally impressed with Giant Chemist Harbour Town. Delivery was ultra quick, prices are great and I will do all my online chemist shopping here for now on. Was with another online chemist for years but they have become greedy and delivery sometimes took weeks so I am overjoyed to find a better one

I placed an online order and found the prices to be extremely competitive. I was called to confirm the order and give a delivery time estimate. Staff member was super friendly and helpful. Really great experience. I'll buy from here again for sure

After reading google reviews I was cautious about ordering online, but did anyway, so wanted to share my experience.
Ordered a fragrance online on Monday about 5pm, received immediate email confirmation.
Got email that it had been shipped Tuesday afternoon and received it on Thursday morning.
Product is genuine and correct and was half the price of other pharmacies & department stores.
I selected standard AusPost, not express, and it only took 2 days (Gold Coast to Brisbane).

First time user ordering online. I was having trouble (my fault) so rang the pharmacy. Fantastic customer service. Genuinely super friendly, super helpful person grabbed the last 2 products in stock that I was wanting, patiently walked me through the whole process, then told me if I needed anymore assistance to call back. Wow! Sooo impressed. Can’t recommend this pharmacy highly enough!

I cant comment on in store service as I have only ever used online ordering.
I find the price for the product I regularly purchase nearly 50% LESS than every pharmacy i go to and the delivery is so quick that I only ever opt for standard delivery. It comes within days. I am in NSW and can wait a lot longer to receive something from the next suburb at times.

Just wanted to say thank you to Amanda, in the shoe department.
She knows her work!! Honest, very helpful and friendly.
If I ever start a shoe store, I will come looking for you

What a great experience. We went in to pick up some throat lozenges, and ended up leaving, not only with what we wanted, but also with big smiles. Amanda, one of the staff, not only helped us find what we went in for, but helped us with other things that we asked her about. She went above and beyond to help us, and treated us like the most important people in the store. After she helped us, I heard her helping someone else, treating them like they were the most important person.
She certainly made our day.

I had a very pleasant ,relaxing and helpful shopping experience at Giant Chemist in Harbour Town ! I needed some help for someone to explain to me which product would be suitable for my age and skin type. Needles to say ,in my youth you could walk in to any shop that sold the products and the staff were trained and they could help , unlike very sadly these days ,If you are even lucky to find any staff on the floor who could help, to even direct you to the products!! so But walking in to Giant Chemist, I noticed a young lady explaining to the customer something, where the products were , waited for her to finish, and when I asked her for help , I was blown away , I spoke to AMANDA and asked her the questions , and I was very surprised with her knowledge of the products, understood exactly what I was asking, and talking about, and i felt like i was back in time, when you could get knowledge , help and service . Thank you AMANDA for restoring my faith for getting some help, and good advice, Looking forward of returning in the near future ,
