Having always wanted to try something from this store, imagine my pleasant surprise when a girl was handing out free samples of lemon ice tea outside Melbourne Central on signing up for the Fantuan Delivery app. The signing up process was fairly simple, and the girl helped me to choose the appropriate options and the offer for the drink. Once I had signed up and confirmed, I took my cold drink, a straw and headed back home.

I had my doubts as to how it'd taste, but I was quite satisfied because it was mostly a lemonade, with tea infused in it. Thus, the tea flavour wasn't overpowering, just an aftertaste, and the lemon was the core flavour. Since it was a warm day, drinking this felt so refreshing. The ice cubes were doing their job!

I'm definitely visiting this store and try out their other drinks, and hope that they're as good as the one I had!

Primes Hai Tea has a big selection of drinks and dorayaki (japanese style filled pancake) to satisfy your cravings. They are conveniently located opposite the State library and is a great place to go if you are looking for a light snack. The dorayaki are made fresh to order and are nice, light and not too sweet. I enjoyed the mango pudding dorayaki aswell as the mango coconut milk - the drink had jelly pieces in it which were a nice surprise!

Prime’s Hai Tea is perfect for a quick pick me up snack! We tried the:

With the doriyaki made fresh to order, it was very soft and tasty. I like how they were all very flavourful but not overpowering and not too sweet, with a good ratio of filling and batter. The red bean and mochi was our favourite combination but found the ice cream one a little hard to eat and the matcha flavour not too strong. Both bubble teas came with so much toppings such as aloe jelly and black glutinous rice which was tasty!

A great place for a quick dessert fix in Melbourne CBD. 👍🏻

A variety of flavours for dorayaki fillings and ice cream to choose from. I love how fresh, soft and warm the pancakes were, and the ice creams were just delicious. Highly recommend the matcha ice cream with red bean!

never tries dorayaki before and it was such a delicious snack! We tried

- chocolate ice cream nutella
- cream cheese oreo
- nutella chunky peanuts

Will definitely be back to try more! Plus they’re made fresh and so reasonably priced

I love the mango drink here, it’s so refreshing and not too sweet. The strawberry Nutella dorayaki was delicious! Staff was pleasant and the Doremon out front reminded me of the comics I used to read growing up ❤❤

Prime Hai Tea specialises in premium-flavoured teas ranging from fruity refreshing drinks to milky goodness. Had to try a fruity and milky one and both were refreshing and well balanced. The dorayakis were super light and fluffy - then stuffed with amazing filling. Definitely recommend matcha for my matcha lovers or an ice-cream filled one!

Such a good place for family as well! Saw so many kids surrounding the cooking area and watch how dorayaki is made.
Their red bean mochi and cream cheese oreo are so good! Definitely recommend. I also enjoyed their drinks, guava lemon and mango coconut milk👍🏻

I honestly didn’t think that dorayaki could be this yummy! I usually don’t finish my desserts because they get too heavy. But here the dorayaki is light and fluffy, the refreshing ice cream is a perfect accompaniment to the soft pancake. Loved the bubble tea here too, made well with fresh toppings and ingredients. Highly recommend a visit!!

This is one of the coziest cafe with limited seatings. The place is clean and tidy and the kids would definitely love its ambiance. I tried:
1. Matcha red bean paste dorayaki- this was one of my favourite as it wasn’t too sweet. Perfectly balanced
2. Oreo cream cheese- I loved the flavour
3. Nutella- its just melt in your mouth
4. Dragon fruit and avocado tea was refreshing
5. Thai tea milk with boba was just perfect

You can see them make the dorayaki live.
Overall it was such a nice experience. Definitely recommended.

Such a cute place! If you're looking for bubble tea and also something extra, I highly recommend Prime's Hai Tea! Sooo many things to choose from, but the friendly staff pointed me to the recommended drinks and dorayaki! I got the Lemon & Lime and the Grape Yakult drink and also popular Matcha Ice Cream Red Bean, Cream Cheese Oreo and Crunchy Peanut Nutella dorayaki.

The dorayaki were made to order and were fluffy and filled to the brim with the yummy stuff. My fave was the Matcha Ice Cream Red Bean dorayaki - but I'm a sucker for ice cream!

My fave drink was the Lemon & Lime - super refreshing, sweet and delicious. But I'd also get the Grape Yakult again as well!

All in all, I love this place. I 100% recommend!

Love the huge range of bubble tea flavours at Prime’s Hai Tea. Our favourites were the Mango Coconut Milk and Oreo Cake Milk Tea. They have something to tickle everyone’s fancy whether you prefer something fruit based or more decadent. Their Dorayaki are made to order! We loved seeing them prepare the outer pancakes and they tasted so light and fluffy pairing perfectly with the fillings. We opted for two of the ice cream Dorayaki’s: Mango Ice Cream Chunky Peanut and Matcha Ice Cream Red Bean. These were perfect for the hot summer heat 😊

First time trying Dorayaki and I personally thoroughly enjoyed it! I had matcha cream cheese and red bean, and it kind of tasted like a matcha red bean cheese cake. Pancake was fresh and fluffy, service was quick. Would like to try other flavours!

My sister loves dorayaki so took her to Prime’s Hai Tea near Melbourne Central and we loved it! We enjoyed all the dorayaki we ordered and their drinks are so delicious too!

freshly made dorayaki in one hand and bbt in another, what’s not to love 🤤 all the dorayakis were made to order and my fav was their signature matcha ice cream doriyaki w/ red beans! 🫘 The pancakes were hot & fluffy and that scoop of ice cream was huge. Don’t forget to enjoy it asap as it tends to melt pretty quickly! We also tried the oreo cream cheese and taro mochi flavours which were both equally good and stuffed!

For drinks, I was recommended their mango & coconut milk and oreo cake milk tea🧋The oreo milk tea is a bit on the heavier side and the mango one tasted like the Canto dessert 楊枝甘露 to me haha yum!! 🥭

Today we tried out the new lemon range @primeshaitea We absolutely love them so refreshing and delish. Perfect for today’s beautiful weather.

We also tried out dorayaki for the first time. They are pancakes with so many filling to choose from. Made fresh in front of you. They are absolutely incredible and can’t wait to take the kids to try them out.

Bubble Tea and Fujima Dorayaki all in one store! My favourite Doraemon's Dorayaki can be found here! Their dorayaki is freshly made to order and there are lots of flavours to choose from. The batter for dorayaki contains honey and mirin so the flavour and texture is like a Japanese Castella Cake. Love the mango & coconut milk. Super freshing and love the little jellies and sago in the drink

First time trying dorayaki and it was great! The black tea pearl and strawberry Nutella were my faves 🥰

We also enjoyed their bubble teas and love that they come in jars that could be reused.

Recently dropped by and tried some of there very nice bubble teas and dorayaki’s. Can’t go wrong with a bubble tea and dorayaki at the same place.

The ginger milk flavour is fragrant with a strong ginger flavour, my favourite is the strawberry and guava, very refreshing fruit tea.

The dorayaki’s are best eaten straight away while the pancake is still warm.
