Today my husband and I bought a mattress from Edwin at Forty Winks Nunawading. He was a pleasure to chat to and was very thorough with his knowledge about the mattress’s we looked at. I am a bad asthmatic, so he went through what options we had and left us alone when my husband and I wanted to talk privately. Edwin then got us a great deal and we are really looking forward to our new bed. Thanks Edwin, you were a gem!

I wanted to share our great experience at Forty Winks Nunawading. My wife and I visited with our daughter to help her buy her first mattress on moving out from our family home. Mona was excellent, showing and explaining the different options available within my daughter's price range. We also visited a competitor close by where we also got great service but in the end my daughter decided since Mona had been so good and Forty Winks seemed to have the best option for her, we went back and she bought there. The mattress was delivered as arranged on Saturday 7/1/23. When we were about to unwrap the mattress on Saturday evening, we discovered the bag had a small cut and the fabric and foam of the mattress had also suffered damage. Mona was contacted by email that night and on Sunday was on to it already, making arrangements for a resolution. A new mattress was delivered Tuesday morning. I met the delivery guys to receive it on behalf of my daughter. They were great swapping them over but suggested they give the replacement mattress a close inspection before leaving. Would you believe they found a stain on the fabric (despite the bag still being sealed)! They were straight on the phone to the warehouse and confirmed another was available and had their manager check it thoroughly before immediately returning to swap it over. They were back again within the hour and then kindly unpacked and installed the mattress on the now assembled bed base. Dave and his colleague were fantastic, very professional and attentive and of course very apologetic about the issues. Although a little inconvenient, what matters is not so much that there is a problem, but how it is handled and these guys, you could not fault! Well done to all the Forty Winks Nunawading team from retail store through to the warehouse and delivery team! I can highly recommend them.

My partner and I had a really good experience today at forty winks nunawading! Went first thing in the morning and was greeted by Andrew, who happily showed us around and listened to what we were thinking and was happy again to help us in the afternoon after a day of house visiting. In the end, he helped us from start to finish, and we are a very happy couple who have purchased our first bed setting and miscellaneous! I am super grateful to Andrew!

Not only was the service in store excellent, but the after sales was even better. Vincent and Thomas delivered and assembled my purchases . Their communication about delivery time was excellent and they built and removed all packaging.

Forty Winks Nunawading Store has offered me the best furniture shopping experience in my life! I must come here to give them a 5 star review. We bought a king size bed and a mattress. Paul, the salesman, helped us decide on the right ones based on his quick understanding of our special needs. He is very focused, logical, patient and very very knowledgeable with the huge selection of the products in the store. We are very happy with the result but unfortunately the king size mattress was not able to get up to upstairs afterwards due to the narrow staircase in my house. We had to come back to the store and then Paul and the store manager again helped us seek and analyse other solutions which took them lots of efforts. We finally got the best possible mattress and bed that we are even happier than the previous ones. We are so impressed by the service and products this store provided. They are truly professional, and we are extremely satisfied with this purchase from beginning to end. We strongly recommend people not to miss this store if you go to Nunawading area for buying bed and mattress.

Andrew was very patient and I got answers to my questions when I bought the mattress.
Also five stars for delivery to two young men Vincent and Thomas who were very kind and helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised to be able to wander around the store without constantly being subjected to high pressure salespeople.
We found we could inspect different sizes and styles without the pressure to make a decision on the spot.
We returned the next day to make a purchase after discussing the pros and cons at home overnight.
We appreciate time and space to make a considered decision on what we consider important financial decisions.

We have purchased a mattress from Forty Winks nunawading and Andrew helped us choose the right bed for me and for my wife. He was so helpful and has in depth knowledge about the products and provided the best price for us which I found missing at other shops I visited before going here.Hope he gets appraisal for being so good at his job and helping customers and fulfilling their requirements. Would recommend going there again. It’s been only a day since we have got the bed. So far the bed has been cosy and nice. Would recommend buying again from them.

It was a very pleasant buying experience. I went in with a good idea of the mattress that I wanted. My sales person showed me that mattress along with a few that were similar but different brands. He didn't try to push the more expensive mattresses on me either. Once I made my decision the salesman organised delivery and payment and I was out of there in a very timely manner. If I am in need of another mattress I will be going back here.

Absolutely Amazing. I needed a bed and base but I only make 500 a week and currently getting out of homelessness. They got a bed and base that costs 1700 and they brought it down to 1000 for me, they also waived the delivery cost too. So Forty Winks Nunawading thank you so much for easing some of the pressure. I have had an excellent experience with this company. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and lovely people. My son's bed is perfect for him and we love our new king size bed. Highly recommend this store.
