Always friendly and helpful , ladies and pharmacist with all my needs and requirement.

I've been a customer for 10 years. Developed a rapport with the pharmacist and they always keep my medication in stock along with a particular cleanser and moisturiser. Questioned a script when a new doctor prescribed a different dosage. It was an error - I hadn't even noticed! Staff so friendly, ladies know everyone by name. Small beauty room and manicurist but not sure of services offered. Not a huge warehouse of a place which is exactly why I go there. 'Chemist shops' aren't gift shops. Prefer to support local small business.

Best Pharmacy! All the staff have been there for over 10 years, and the owner has been there for over 25 years! Always super fast to do scripts, always caring and will always remember your name! A real community pharmacy.

The team here are awesome. My family have been going to this pharmacy as long as I remember. Always willing to help nothing is too much trouble.

Never had an issue with pharmacy until my last visit which has made me a bit disgusted with one of the pharmacists who was on, denying to fill a script of my medication and acknowledged i was in legal right to obtain but she “didnt want to”. I dont know the laws but thats pretty weird even when trying to reason with them just decided to leave, otherwise the counter staff have always been lovely experience, just the pharmacist out the back who has some weird superiority complex.

Extremely rude customer service from the old white male pharmacist. Would not recommend this pharmacy. He was extremely rude and belittled me when I was in need of of assistance for a medication. He was not helpful what so ever just completely embarrassed me in front of other customers. I have never come face to face with such disrespect and disgusting behaviour from a person in my life.

You go to a pharmacy under the impression you won’t be judged for simply grabbing your prescription prescribed by a doctor/specialist and assume you won’t be questioned about personal choices and history as it is not their business to know. Knowing this man still works there after reading multiple other reviews from the general public who have encountered the same disgusting behaviour is astonishing. The fact that management have not done anything about it absolutely dumb founds me.

If this pharmacy does not do something about the absolute discourteous behaviour from their employees I wish nothing but bad karma on them. I’m not even going to say I understand that some people have bad days because their behaviour doesn’t not reflect one bad day but just their genuine behaviour after reading the rest of the reviews from every one one else.
