Our Family goes to thi Medical centre, and I am so happy to have found the Doctor that our Family Trust. Dr Karen Lee is very thorough and always making sure she answered any / all questions you have. She makes me and my kids feel relax, that everything will be okay. When she is not available, we also see Dr Alan Ng, Dr Kim Lam. They’re also a very good Doctor and also make sure to check our file for more info to relate accordingly in our health check ups.
I highly recommend this medical centre and very happy and satisfied.

I have chronic back pain for a long time and I am lucky to see Kate, physiotherapist here. She is nice, understanding, very helpful and very professional. I highly recommend her.

I haven't come across like Dr Sam Cheng in Sydney, who is passionate, caring and knowledgeable. Me and my family have been seeing him for 7years, always on top of the diagnosis and treatment plan. He literally saved my husband's life once sending us immediately for more tests while Hospital sent us back stating nothing serious. we are forever grateful for his service. I understand they are usually booked out and difficult to get an appointment. Its not surprising as these Drs from quality medical are so professional and popular. only thing I could say disappointing is that you can't have walk in service, yet again its understandable as they are always fully booked. I would recommend this medical centre whole heartedly and thank you Dr Cheng for looking after my family. Rekha

I've been coming to this practice for about 7 years, even though I don't live in this area anymore I still return as it is hard to find good GPs like them . I usually see Dr Alan Ng and have seen Dr Samuel Cheng too both are very empathetic and take their time do their assessments and patient in explaining conditions in layman terms . I saw Dr Karen Lee recently and had a positive experience, she was also really empathetic, thorough with her assessments, not rushed and ensured she covered all bases. You will be in good hands with the GPs in this practice!

Quality health medical centre is exactly what the name suggest “Quality Health” My family started seeing the doctors here beginning of this year and I truly wish we had of come years ago. Compared to our previous GP it’s black and white. We usually see Dr Alan Ng or Dr Karen Lee but any doctor here is extremely professional, kind, caring, look after well-being, pick up on things our previous GP did not. We travel out of area to come to this practice and it’s well worth it. Highly recommend. I am very thankful for the doctors at this practice. Thank you!

My family have seen Dr Joanne Cheng, Dr Alan Ng and Dr Karen Lee. Every appointment have been a positive experience. The doctors were always caring, informative, professional and most importantly, honest. I'm sure all the other GP's in this medical centre would be similar as well. Online booking system and receptionists also deserve the praise.

Dr. Andrew Chen is one of the best GPs in Sydney. He is very caring and ask a lot questions about my discomfort. His consultation is very detailing and communicate his suggestions with me and explain the reason very well.

Also the reception is very helpful as well

Dr. Samuel Cheng is a wonderful, caring, thorough and highly professional doctor. Once, he even took extra time to find me a specialist who could see me asap and followed up my condition in between, I am grateful for his dedication.

The receptionist there is helpful and understanding too. I once got there on time but on the wrong date, she kindly told me if I could wait patiently, she could slot me in if any patient didn't turn up on time or the consultation was shorter than expected.

Although this clinic is a fair drive from home but I don't mind as I feel I am in good hands for my health.

I love this clinic the doctors are awesome! My first doctor was charming Dr. Joanne Cheng who went for maternity leave shortly. My second doctor is the smartest and very helpful Dr. Karen Lee! Thank you so much for going an extra mile of helping me with my referrals and everything! I recommended her to my husband as well. Highly recommend this clinic!

Genuine and caring doctors. Excellent bedside manner plus they're great at handling the more complicated systemic health issues.

The receptionists are also efficient, precise with enquiries and accommodating if you need to change appointment times and doctors.
I find the booking system is good here and I never have to wait too long for my appointment time.

I've been to see Dr. Alan a few times and he exceeds all expectations, he is friendly, caring and exceptionally thorough in his medical assessments. I took my baby for her check up and vaccinations and I am so grateful for all the attention and high quality service, which he provided. Dr Samuel Cheng is very professional, caring, and thorough. I have had a few GPs before, but he goes above and beyond what is expected of him. He is very patient and takes the time to investigate issues thoroughly.

He will also take the time to return calls despite his busy schedule, and will reach out to follow up with you when necessary. I have moved away from Lidcombe now but I always try to make it back and see him whenever I need help.

The GP and reception ladies are very nice and they can speak other languages other than English. Appointment is strongly recommended as it is always busy here.

I was referred to Dr Samuel Cheng by a friend and I am so grateful he did. My partner and I have not seen a doctor in a very long time like Dr Cheng that has a heart to genuinely cares about their patient. Even though I was a new patient Dr Cheng took his time to carefully discuss with my partner and I my symptoms and details of my issue. He was not like most other Doctors that I have seen in the last few years who were more concerned about getting you to sign the bulk billing slip me then shooing you out the door. Even though he referred me to a specialist for my condition he was still happy for me to continue seeing him before I could find a specialist. He prescribed medication the day I saw him and he took time out of his very busy schedule to call me and follow up 2 days later to see how I was doing and if the medication helped. Like I mentioned before he is a very rare kind of doctor that genuinely cares about his patients and that trait is hard to find nowadays.
